I still advocate for the Edgar Allen Poe quote believe nothing that you hear and only half of what you see. Question everything you hear and research it for yourself. Look at it logically and come to your own conclusion. Mr Mentzer was a prolific thinker and his logic on the subject of bodybuilding was, I think, unparalleled. It does make sense so I would suggest that anyone would be depriving themselves of a valuable tool to not at least give his method a genuine try and not for just a week or two but at least six months.

It definitely is not AI. It was recorded in 1996, which was many years before AI came to prominence. The audio is from a four cassette audio series that was released by twin labs, which was the parent company of “All Natural Muscular Development “magazine. You can find the tapes on eBay.
