Don't let people give you feedback, people never give you a honest feedback, it is always biased, people tell you to do what they want for themselves, they don't care about you and your personal growth, if you grow you are a threat for them, nobody wants you to become better than them, so they don't give you a honest feedback to make you grow.
The feedback you should take is the result: did you want something and you didn't get it? Well, that's the feedback, you must change with respect to the specific situation to get that thing you were not able to get, but don't accept people's feedback
