I came into this 28 day regime a few days late and have been very naughty and missed the recovery day stretches to catch up! Here in the UK we are still in lockdown and all gyms are closed. The weather has been terrible too for going outside to train. I found your videos by chance, and they have really helped me mentally as well as physically in these crazy times. I am a 63 year old grandparent and every morning I get up and do a session and they are all sweaty! Some exercises I perhaps only did for 40 seconds- Burpees with Tuck jumps are for youngsters. But I tried to give it 100%. Most evenings I also do a 12 minute Tabata that I actually enjoy as I know it will all be over in a short time! You have been an inspiration for me over this past month and as far as I am concerned you are the very best and far better than anyone in the UK. I hope you will continue to post more new and challenging Hiit sessions for a very long time. Thank you!

I do a lot of strengh and cardio training and stretching out is so beneficial for the body. This is one of the best full body stretches I have ever done. I will certainly do it again. Thank you! Happy Sunday😊

Thats it, I did every single day and u cant imagine how amazing I felt after last exercises today. I gained a lot of strengt and lost about 1 kilogramm pure fat. Cant wait for more, still want to lose about 4 kilogramms and try to gain more muscles. I‘ll see u soon in upcoming videos. I could also imagine to do it again, it was perfect for myself. What a great month it was. Earlier me: 50 sec work 10 sec rest, i can never do this. Now me: hey u knw it's not impossible. I can actually do this. So I would have never known my capacity if it wasn't for this day , the last day of the challenge. This workout not only helped me to push my boundaries physically but mentally as well. And why would anyone will be sad when we all know that our Anna is not going to stop ....and neither do we!😉 A big thank you Anna!❤️ Excited for February!🤩
I did two rounds of this 28-day exercise. Lost 10% of body weight and in much better place mentally too. Also regained some sense of sanity in this endless lockdown. Thanks Anna.

On January 15, 2023, the 28-day challenge was successful. It was my first challenge, so I couldn't do it perfectly like you. But we've come to the end and now we'll start again from day 1! I completed the full challenge once and then I repeated the last two weeks twice more (so I did them three times in total). I don't know how much weight I lost but people tell me I look fitter. And I've never felt this strong! Loved every day of it. This week I'm taking it easy but next week I'm going to start HIIT IT HARDER. Really looking forward to it! Hello Anna! Thanks for the past 28 days. This is my first challenge in 2021. I made this Combo pass with you and Chole Ting both 28 days schedule. I used all your Hit pass after that continue with the rest body training from Chole Ting. I know it is very tough but I did it. Before i started your 28 days i had already tried a couple of weeks pass. So I think it should be the “ devil training”. But this 28- days schedule is very reasonable and help the body become stronger and loose fat. Now I feel so comfortable and my body change a lot also. So I recommend strongly that every one should try. I will continue to follow you and look forward to new challenges.

This was absolutely an amazing journey - thank you so much. Although I wasn’t able to do the workouts 28 in a row. Knocking out all 28 was really rewarding. Anyone who wants a challenge and feel empowered should do Annas workouts. They are truly therapeutic sessions. This is the best shape I’ve been in the last 20 years. Before i started your 28 days i had already tried a couple of weeks pass. So I think it should be the “ devil training”. But this 28- days schedule is very reasonable and help the body become stronger and loose fat.
Now I feel so comfortable and my body change a lot also. So I recommend strongly that every one should try.
I will continue to follow you and look forward to new challenges.

This was absolutely an amazing journey - thank you so much. Although I wasn’t able to do the workouts 28 in a row. Knocking out all 28 was really rewarding. Anyone who wants a challenge and feel empowered should do Annas workouts. They are truly therapeutic sessions. This is the best shape I’ve been in the last 20 years. That was a great recovery stretch. Nice to hold for 45 seconds to sink into the stretch over time as the muscles released.
