You’re really brave. I’ve taken some acting classes so I know from first hand experience that it is NOT easy to be up there acting on stage being filmed. It took guts not only to go out there and film it but to share it here so that others can see. But this is how you help and inspire others - by doing the action yourself. I like that you described it as EXPANDING your comfort zone instead of the typical dumb saying by many of "getting out" of your comfort zone!! That's how I always say it too: expanding your comfort zone!! Hardly anything great was ever achieved from discomfort!! You expand your comfort zone by being more COMPETENT with more things and thus, higher chances to succeed at more things!!
Yin Hou Khor Yeah, that that’s a great word actually. Another one of my role models Bryan Casella uses it too - competence/competency. I also get tired of cliches like “get out of your comfort zone” as well, but this word is great because it’s got more to do with getting familiar or better at things rather than suffering in discomfort. Definitely a more positive underpinning there. Also, I like using “expand” because I like to think of my comfort zone as a circle around me, with myself right in the middle. As you become more competent, it grows and grows until you’re comfortable with almost anything and then, yes, that’s how success comes, because you’ve essentially created more ways for you to succeed - you’ve increased your chances because you’ve increased the size of your circle. You start to realize that as a human being the potential for expansion is limitless.. the radius of your circle can always expand more, and more, and more.. It’s both exciting and scary to think about at times.

Ads are short, witty, repetitive, energetic and just about always spoken quite clearly. I HATE ads in my native languages because I don't want that jingle haunting me forever but in languages I am learning I LOVE them because they work. Your voices are amazing, your style works well, I really love this. Does your mom know you're secretly a dalmatian? Were you adopted?

Hi 👋 I come from Hong Kong,now living in London.I'm a trilingual girl which Cantonese is my first language and English is my second and Mandarin is also second.I start watching your videos recently.Finding your and your mum's Cantonese and Mandarin are not bad but in my opinion,you guys' Mandarin is better than Cantonese maybe it's easier for u to learn that's why but u were already speaking with quite good tones with the correct emotions to express your words and feelings.I was thinking u and your mum are Russian from my first sight but then I knew u are American.My friend's hubby and my university tutor are also from USA and now working in HK but they seems can't really speak any Chinese so u guys are so amazing and I knew u and your mum works so hard to learn our languages so I do really appreciate of u so much!Please filming more videos for me to watch since it's so bored in UK honestly haha 😂🤣 Thanks!🙏
