Nice diag. On that model the horn is operated by the two thin chrome strips on either side of the airbag. Pushing on the center airbag of the steering wheel does nothing. It is a stupid design-in a panic no one’s first instinct is to find those thin bars.

I had one of these towed in. Crank no start. Would chooch with starting fluid. Found that the gas tank was full of water.
Wow, probably had a gas station with contaminated fuel.
