Tiredness/headache behind the eyes caused me to go to optician once and their diagnosis was eyes are perfect, but your chronic screen use at work and then at home as well as lack of sleep are causing your issue. Get two weeks of good sleep and reduce your hours behind a screen as well as adding in appropriate breaks and you will relieve the pain. It worked. On a side note:- one good health and safety poster I saw for screen use read “Every 20minutes, look at something at least 20feet away for at least 20seconds”. It definitely aids relaxation of the eyes.
what is rarely mentioned regarding the intake of vitamins, minerals etc - no matter which form - is the fact that your intestines have to work properly to actually be able to exploit and absorb these vital substances. if they don´t - and that is very often the case - you can shower yourself with all the stuff, it just doesn´t really get utilized. in this way a constant deficiency is kept including the specific symptoms ... . which means: a well-working metabolism/digestion always comes first.
I agree, I seem to have been deficient or at least "sub-optimal" in just about everything. But having said that, I read an article called something like "is SIBO just a B1 deficiency?" And started supplementing with Benfotiamine (B1) 600mg/day. As well as powdered magnesium glycinate/citrate and strong doses of vit D. The chronic inflammation I had in my intestines has pretty much gone away after just 3 weeks! It's a must read, that article. I'm sure my absorption issues will be greatly reduced now. Also my chronic constipation has vanished since taking magnesium.

It wasn't easy finding the answer to this problem even 4 years ago when I was desperately looking for the solution and found it by many days of searching through countless pub meds and such. God bless you, I'm sure it will help many! Maybe someone can also be helped or encouraged to PAY ATTENTION by reading this experience: My patient, best friend and brother had this deficiency with the bloodshot eyes and also 7 various skin fungal problems triggered by lack of b2, like mattering eyes, blotches on the face plus 5 more different fungals over various other parts of the body, and yeast overgrowth in the digestive system -that seemed to make him somewhat PSYCHOTIC after the majority of the things he ate, getting psychotic almost every meal depending on what he ate). Caused largely from a severe lack of good gut microbes/ probiotics (from being given so many antibiotics over the course of his life and not knowing to replenish them each time with a good probiotic). It greatly helped relieve his symptoms to take vitamin B2 supplement several times a day along with B1 HCl since he was having absorption issues of the gut. I tried hard to help him for 4 years, but so often he would fall off "the recovery wagon" so to speak and go on sugar and white flour binges which feeds yeast and other bad gut flora, and triggers more inflammation . I needed this so much! This week my eyes have been so fatigue and it's so sensitive to light even to the street lights at night. Speaking of the eyes, friendly reminder to anyone out there that Myopia is reversible, you basically have to walk OUTSIDE in broad daylight without your glasses, or sit down at a park bench, etc... Focus on objects FAR AWAY, that's how you slowly released the "knots" in your eye muscles (muscles being cramped and locked due to focusing only in nearby objects for weeks)

Perfect video at perfect time, I always experience sore and bloodshot eyes in the morning consistently after sleeping and having my eyes closed for long amounts of time, I will take this information, use it and check back for results in a few weeks
My eyes have dried out easily for as long as I can remember. I've been eating a Vince Gironda inspired diet for the last ~2 months, which includes a dozen or more eggs a day and a handful of desiccated beef liver tablets every few hours. The health improvements I've seen have been staggering. Here's just some of what I've seen: * The acne that I've dealt with for more than a decade has been drastically reduced (I credit this to the high concentration of activated vitamin A) * My skin is less dry than it was previously * My eyes are never dry or red (I suppose this one is the B2!) * My energy levels are more stable throughout the day than they were previously (lots of B vitamins and a high fat diet keeping blood sugar stable are probably the causes here) * Faster recovery from weightlifting I was already eating a clean diet with plenty of meatminimal sugar before I started, too. Wow, this video finally shed light about what I have been thinking for the last 2 years. Before I started Keto, I was very sensitive to light and will always need sunglasses. I have been on Keto for the last 2 years + and I realise I don't need sunglasses anymore as I do not find it as glaring compared to before. I guess I am getting the necessary nutrients needed! @@Drberg I had all the symptoms you mentioned in my eyes, I started putting several drops of cod liver oil directly in the eye several times a day, alot of green and white goo came out, I was even scared but continued since even my vision was improving. In about a month, sand like crystals also came out, lot's of them. Am glad my eyes are all healed and my 20-20 vision is back🙏
depends which is important; for me, i took some, splitted into two & alternate it so that everyday with a different supplements (not burden own system much - hopefully). (1) Vit D3+K2 MK7, Magnesium & B-Complex (2) Cod Liver Oil, Zinc+Copper & Choline+Inositol. multis maybe ok, but, some might interfere with each others & we surely need to add some Vitamins/Minerals fm Multis which usually lacking in Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, low in Vit D3, some with K2 MK4, some with MK7, Vitamin C fm Ascorbic Acid & Vitamin A is fm Beta-Carotene (im a smoker & its not good 4 me). i like Multis (not buying it yet/still thinking) because got an added on Chromium, Molybdenum, Selenium, Vit E & Iodine. i didnt go for Vitamin C because had plenty fm my diets & it more natural than Ascorbic Acid. Sunday will be a day off fm all supplements.. well, again, its depends on ownself which is priority Vitamins/Minerals to be taken daily - this is my setup (dont follow me because each person has different opinion)
First all the vitamins and minerals every day . Get it from non-process food ... A good size salad every day will give you the most and maybe extra .... the muti vitamins is man made and from china controlled ccp... not to much of those will stay in your system and will just pee out ....I have looked very hard to fine a very good source until I saw Dr. Berg's brands ... , on Amazon , 100% vitamin and from USA ... ....Quick story .... I was taking a multivitamin I found my well-known brand name ...... ..... my heart was murmuring , skipping a beat, palpitating and had no idea why and of course couldn't find out from the doctor ....I stopped those multivitamins and within two days it all the problems with my heart stopped .... Stop the other vitamins I was taking started buying dr. Berg's .....my " pee " cleared up was not so extremely yellow . because of man made synthetic crap I was taking was going straight through me . Right now I take the keto energy, , all the trace minerals , D3 and K2 , cod liver oil for my eyes very high in vitamin A . I feel 15 years younger..... Stop most of the sugar and low carbohydrates .... Vitamin pills you get 60 and 90 take one one-a-day they last a lot longer

I love your shows. The clarity and no nonsense approach. Also, have you heard of the Mind Eye Institute in Chicago. There is a facbook page and the founder Dr Zelinsky did a talk last night on how when a person has one side that isn't working las well as the other they will have fatigue if they can't choose where they sit like in a theatre or restaurant or classroom...that said, schools feed kids with so much sugar and corn syrup they don't have a chance. In Norway they gave the students fish oil every day but here instead of building brains they have a program more like war...let's see who can stay standing after onslaughts of sugar...

Burning eyes are dry eyes, I think! I don't know if only B2 can make the burning go away! But, I will try it too!

I have been on Keto for the last 2 years + and I realise I don't need sunglasses anymore as I do not find it as glaring compared to before. I guess I am getting the necessary nutrients needed! Grace, I have extreme light sensitivity. Sun light reflecting from certain objects and cars feels like it's burning a hole through my eyeballs. Was your light sensitivity similar to mines?
@@Marissa.Muhammad Hello, I couldn't open my eyes properly at all, at times it remains totally shut, unless I wear my sunglasses. Don't rem any pain but I do rem the discomfort

@@Drberg I had all the symptoms you mentioned in my eyes, I started putting several drops of cod liver oil directly in the eye several times a day, alot of green and white goo came out, I was even scared but continued since even my vision was improving. In about a month, sand like crystals also came out, lot's of them. Am glad my eyes are all healed and my 20-20 vision is back🙏

Dr Berg, how many vitamins should we take in a day? should we just take a good multi vitamin or take lots of vitamins?
I would like to know that too. So many recommendations for so many vitamins and supplements it can be overwhelming.

depends which is important; for me, i took some, splitted into two & alternate it so that everyday with a different supplements (not burden own system much - hopefully). (1) Vit D3+K2 MK7, Magnesium & B-Complex (2) Cod Liver Oil, Zinc+Copper & Choline+Inositol. multis maybe ok, but, some might interfere with each others & we surely need to add some Vitamins/Minerals fm Multis which usually lacking in Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, low in Vit D3, some with K2 MK4, some with MK7, Vitamin C fm Ascorbic Acid & Vitamin A is fm Beta-Carotene (im a smoker & its not good 4 me). i like Multis (not buying it yet/still thinking) because got an added on Chromium, Molybdenum, Selenium, Vit E & Iodine. i didnt go for Vitamin C because had plenty fm my diets & it more natural than Ascorbic Acid. Sunday will be a day off fm all supplements.. well, again, its depends on ownself which is priority Vitamins/Minerals to be taken daily - this is my setup (dont follow me because each person has different opinion)
First all the vitamins and minerals every day . Get it from non-process food ... A good size salad every day will give you the most and maybe extra .... the muti vitamins is man made and from china controlled ccp... not to much of those will stay in your system and will just pee out ....I have looked very hard to fine a very good source until I saw Dr. Berg's brands ... , on Amazon , 100% vitamin and from USA ... ....Quick story .... I was taking a multivitamin I found my well-known brand name ...... ..... my heart was murmuring , skipping a beat, palpitating and had no idea why and of course couldn't find out from the doctor ....I stopped those multivitamins and within two days it all the problems with my heart stopped .... Stop the other vitamins I was taking started buying dr. Berg's .....my " pee " cleared up was not so extremely yellow . because of man made synthetic crap I was taking was going straight through me .
Right now I take the keto energy, , all the trace minerals , D3 and K2 , cod liver oil for my eyes very high in vitamin A .
I feel 15 years younger..... Stop most of the sugar and low carbohydrates .... Vitamin pills you get 60 and 90 take one one-a-day they last a lot longer

I love your shows. The clarity and no nonsense approach. Also, have you heard of the Mind Eye Institute in Chicago. There is a facbook page and the founder Dr Zelinsky did a talk last night on how when a person has one side that isn't working las well as the other they will have fatigue if they can't choose where they sit like in a theatre or restaurant or classroom...that said, schools feed kids with so much sugar and corn syrup they don't have a chance. In Norway they gave the students fish oil every day but here instead of building brains they have a program more like war...let's see who can stay standing after onslaughts of sugar...

I have these symptoms but I take Vitamin B complex everyday which contains 50mg of B2. I eat plenty of meat and veg. What else can I do please?
