Not Your Typical Tropical Cocktail With Tabacón Costa Rica

When you go to a tropical resort, you expect to be served a Pina Colada or a Daiquiri, but Bosque Bar in Costa Rica is looking to offer the unexpected as part of its tropical bar menu.
Located at the Tabacon Thermal Resort & Spa, Bosque and its mixologist Josue Guzman want to blend internal techniques, local culture, and flavours into their creations. Sure, they can, of course, make you the typical tropical drink, but after tasting a cocktail like their Rum Fat Wash, we assume you won't want them.
Using a base of Costa Rican Rum, which is fat-washed with cheese (a mixture of blue cheese and a local white cheese called Turrialba), the drink also mixes Honey, Ginger and Lime Juices, which are all then topped with a dash of Prosecco.
