I like how the video is very raw and, therefore, genuine. We get real opinions without bias. I'm debating about buying one of these. I don't have the previous hub, but I have 1/2 dozen of their smart devices that I use various switches to control. I'm reviewing whether to move everything to the hub for control.
Thanks useful video. You need to push the button on the bottom of the hub to ensure you are not the neighbour next door, the other side of the wall (who might can start the setup wirelessly).
A friend works at customer service and they removed the Tech department not long ago.. Which means call center staff have to try and solve connection problems on the phone without any training , but with FAQ sheets ...
Yeah this thing is frustrating to set up no matter what i do 2 versions of it old one disconnects after i connected a while ago its still can't be connected no matter if it's well connected and second version is same thing with app connection issues
Ikea automation is crazy stupid.I had a terrible experience today with products and support. I really experience the problems you mention in your video. Verry Very bad product

Did you add your existing Ikea devices one by one? How do you share access with family and friends? Does access work with 4G/cellular connection?
