Hi, the newspaper/website called Birmingham Live reported on it, they quoted The Mail as the original source, on Birmingham Live the article was written on 13th July by James Rodger with the headline :

Yeh the news reporter video I sent doesn't say where the phone was found.
It just says phone was found weeks before the body. So that's one thing checked I guess.
It was comments from locals at the time that stated it was found on the beach. But I can't remember what page it was on as it was so long ago now.

She knew the emergency number as that's her 2nd home. She could of called them on the way there. Or when she was there if she couldn't find him.
He wasn't missing at the time and was still near the road. You can't get lost there 😅 it's one road up and down. None of them went to get him even though he was still by the road.

I wondered when someone was gonna to investigate the phone. Thank you Mama D. This is why Lucy said he left his phone on charge at their apartment. Which I questioned about the "watch snapchat" How could he take a Snapchat and post if he didnt have his phone. Lucy was covering the phone and its location. They had to lie to muddy the waters. This case is full of lies. 🤯
And the fact the bars at the tops of the phones and the times on the “screenshots” just don’t make sense.
We will get through it one way or another imo
The public are allowed to submit information to the coroner. I think people should send relevant info to keep up the pressure.

I have also thought about this, I can only speak for me but i would definitely be shutting things down that are wrong or lies. I could never have the whole world chat sh*t about my child. So that makes you wonder, could he/his family have been threatened? Or the police could actually be investigating and not saying so has he been asked not to talk? I looked into whether families could choose another coroner but it doesn't sound like they have a choice. If they're not happy with the coroner's conclusion, they can make a complaint but that seems unfair. Our human rights are being trampled on throughout the System.

It's odd they put out the article about his phone being found on the beach on 13 July, and Jay was found on 15 july. And didn't a coast guard claim jay was found a couple of days before it was announced?

I have a Masters in Criminology and it's essential to do your research and have credible sources. All I will say, on a personal level, is that I will never believe that Jay's passing was accidental. Dawn, as I said, I am showing The Sun because that was the claimed source by the creators that are reporting Jay's phone found on the beach and Also I am using the Sun because they are the ones that interviewed Debbie. I know my sources and I am choosing the Sun basiced on reasons. I also have searched online throughly, I have answered over 50 posts already and 10 emails and not one has provided a report or link showing Jay's phone was found. We shall see

This is such a sad story and my heart goes out to Debbie Warren and Zak. It's very fishy lot's of different stories and changed stories from Jay's so called friends. I've been following this case from day one . I follow all the you tubers who post about jay. Sometimes I feel you're all very close and it's scaring the culprits to the point they make new posts using different stories to move everyone of the scent all the time. I remember chris tenerife saying Jay's phone was found in the undergrowth by a bush which he said he was probably resting. I really do hope jay was formally identified. It's very suspicious. I don't blame Warren for not trusting anyone. I don't trust the medical examiner in the Nicola Bully case one little bit sorry but I think that was a cover up. Everything and everyone who has been involved with jay slater is covering something upto either protect themselves or someone else. I just pray Jay's family get the truth and the people involved get what's coming to them. Jay's family need the truth to be able to go forward. I want peace for jay and his family i will keep watching everyone you're all amazing. Just got back from lanzarote and island near where jay lost his life. Amazing what could been up the top of the landslide that now could be at the bottom or just under. A landslide can uncover things that's been there years. Or they were trying to find something that caused that landslide. Something they had lost. The clever Chris with carrying luggage with him may like to go and find some more evidence and even from other lost people xxxx

Why would the authorities call Debbie in to the mortuary before the DNA tests (or dental records) had even proven it was Jay or not? Surely the last thing the officials would do is invite her to agonise over every unidentified body they had in their facility but not even let her identify her son. What would be the point of her visit as she clearly wasn't there for a positive ID?

Hi Momma D, I meant in my message last night ... that it was rumoured that a phone was found damaged near Jay's phones last "live" ping location (Rural De Tenno Park)... by a Spanish man involved with the search ... and now it is rumoured that the phone was allegedly found at Juan Lopez Beach ... with so much conflicting information ... in my opinion ... it is hard for anyone to understanding anything!
But, we'll keep going to seek the truth and get justice for Jay and his family... we need to go back to the beginning.

Someone told me she works for the BBC. But not 100% on that. But there is 100% a reporter verbally saying that the phone was found weeks before the body.
@@Samantha-js8ci for some reason this vanished and cannot be searched for anywhere. Its lucky that someone had recorded it and kept it on their tiktok. I actually brought this report up last week. And managed to luckily find the footage. Needle in a haystack it was. But that's why I have the footage fresh on my phone 👌👌 because I knew I'd heard it with my own ears and went hunting for that video. Luckily found it and kept it safe. 👌

Mama D: I know exactly what you mean; But it was definitely announced on the main BBC 6:00pm News on television, over here, a long time ago now, that Jay's phone had been found; a female BBC news journalist live from Tenerife said it. Also there was an article in the Mail online which showed a close up photo of Jay's dark grey Apple iphone Pro Max 15 badly smashed on the beach; I think they said it was found by Chris Pennington; although I'm not absolutely sure.
However there is no record at all on BBC
One comment said it looked like the 4 men was trying to bury the body in the sand

I've heard several different things about the watch.
It was found before he was, it was found with him, it was found on the beach near the ravine.
Apparently the beach was in the newspaper. Its in one of wax's recent videos. But, don't they have the phone?
Around funeral time Warren was upset because he was looking through phone and there was absolutely nothing on it?
I remember thinking, then hand it in to experts to see if anything can be retrieved

I understand jays family are grieving but what I don’t understand is why warren is not coming out or reaching out to someone on this platform like wax unfiltered who he is following and answering wither eg jays phone was or wasn’t found, what colour of trainers where returned to the family, were his clothes on his body or beside him, why organs were retained in Tenerife as this would separate facts from hearsay. All we really know is jay was in Tenerife and was at the festival ( video proof) disappeared and was so called found 4 weeks later and his phone pinged around location and that everyone around jay lied surrounding his disappearance.
