On the Next clip "pebbles pool" at 0:01 you can see the pipe loops (check valve is installed and the loop is a minimum 18" above the spa water line). On this spa the pipe loops and returning to the equipment area where it is connected to a power air blower, and at the clip of "pool and spa Jandy equipment and plumbing layout" at 0:02 you can actually see the Blower right at the corner above the filter. Hope that helped.
You are right, on this Clip you cannot see the air line going out of the spa but Check out the clip on my Chanel "washing the pebbles" at 0:17 (it is the same pool and spa) this two white pipes across from the Spa against the backyard fence are the air line.
@@MrBmxbrawler click on my name that will take you to my channel check out clip called Pebbles pool (is the same pool finished)@08 sec you can see the pvc pipe against the rear fence between the Ficus trees, but in any case install the loop not more then 5' away from the spa with ¼ pound check valve. Cheers
Nice. I'd hate to have an underground leak in that spa. Looks great

Why put air line at the same elevation of your water line
That blower will never ever ever evacuate all that water. Under the shell! OMG
No Worries I Instelled Hartford loop with a check valve about 5' away to the side of the spa. its working fine for the last 13 years
