  • At the Cleaning Expo, Equip 2 Clean gave me a solar panel cleaning brush which is powered by a pressure washer. I decided to try it out on this massive conservatory roof as I was told it didn't just work on solar panels.

That is a very attractive price on their webpage .... This would be much better with a carbon fiber pole... and a shame that you cannot buy just the rotating head . Those Alloy telescopic poles are not really the best to move around and are restricted in what length you can use them.. Personally if you could just buy the head it would be a very attractive piece of kit imo..

Interesting idea of a rotating brush, looks like they could do with making the connection from pole to brush more substantial than just a thin piece of plastic. Looks like it would be great on solar panels. Does it come jetted to a specific litres per min machine or just with universal jets? Maybe your machine is a bit too big for it or it needs larger jets? Great result and an interesting test, cheers.

I had some contact foam from Ionics left over so I used that on this job but I normally use Synergy Pro from Pureseal these days

It was slightly quicker but not loads. It was very good for getting stubborn marks off. I think It would work better on solar panels which don't have frames

Hi dave..if this is a solar panel brush . I thought solar panels could only be cleaned with pure water (correct me if I'm wrong) but this one's attaches to a pressure washer ?

      Hi John
It is sold as a solar brush. I might br wrong but if I was to use this on panels I would clean with it then rinse with pure water.
the other option is to fill your buffer tank with pure water but you wouldn't be able to do many.
