The dumplings you showed are not Xiao Long Bao, which is a kind of Baozi, but the dumplings you showed are a kind of Jiaozi.
There is a big difference between the two in appearance and wrapper.

I completely agree! I’m also Taiwanese, and I’ll be visiting too soon. I don’t really get mad over these details since most stores around America and other places promote Jiaozi and ShuiJiao as Xiao Long Bao, but it definitely reaches my attention.
