@@DonnieBAllDay I've got a Coleman Western R16, but that's inheritance so I'd like to find something similar, but that I won't be superheartbroken if I gotta overuse for whatever reason. And it looks like this Camillus is winning. I know camillus has a western mockup but the ergonomics bother me on the new ones. Now if I could find a leather sheath that'll fit one of these camillus 9.5 knives good, I'll be in business.
For the money, it's one of the best knives I own. It holds a super nice edge. The case is decent the snap is tight. I bought mine at Walmart. They are currently out of stock. Buy this knife. I paid 11 bucks for it.
Man, I am glad you tested this knife and also thank you for doing the research, I just read what was on the packaging. And I still don't know what Titanium Bonded means. I couldn't throw the darn thing in the tree that accurate or on the first try either. I will send you some other stuff in the future.
As far as I am concerned, 420 series stainless is a great steel, as is 440C, etc. The Steel snobs hate 420 out of ignorance and probably because they love the other 420 too much. Know what I mean?
I have one of these and I paid like 10 or 15$ at Tractor Supply. I haven't tested it yet, but after watching tis vid I got my out my hi-tech magnet tang detector out and it would seem that the knife is full tang. I had to shine a flashlight into the lanyard whole to see the tang but you can see it on the copy I have. I always like to see the budget blades do well.
Good video brother, I got a carnivore camellias machete, honestly its more of a knife length, but it does what I need it to do far the price, it's not bad, the 420 is not as strong as 5160, spring steel but I actually tested my machete it says it's bonded steel on the package, I used it till it got dull then I slammed it in to green hickory wood expecting it to break it held good, I hate abusing my blades, when something sounds to good to be true, I have to test it beyond what I would use it far, the saw is more deadly than the blade, God bless
I have one. Don't think I could possibly find anything better for 10 bucks. I beat the hell out of it at camp all the time, I've been batoning with it all winter and I can't say anything bad about it. Is it the best thing ever, absolutely not, but great for 10 dollars
I would also like to know so if i need a fix blade instead of ordering cokd steel fix blades on line i could just go to Walmart and buy a camilis or sog or swiss tec have them in the knife case.
Just don't see the justification for spending big buck$ on pre-Appocalypse knives when I can buy one like this for $11 at Wally World. Unfortunately its taken decades & a regretable use of funds for me to figure that out. A Swiss Army pocket knife & this easily sharpened blade, are all I need for peacetime.
does he have a channel , if yes , can you send me his link ? , i own a camilus titanium coated flipper here , there stuff is good , not coldsteel good but good , if you want to trade it , let me know , thanks > tom !
The knife knifes! Just what I'm always lookin fer!!!! 👍👍
Thats all it needs to do

@@bobbythepirate1430 Check ebay for leather sheath. Sometimes they're just out there
That knife when sharpened is really good at skinning deer. Never tried to chop down a tree. My chain saw does that. lol. Good review.
great for the money

Right on!
Happy to see this. I grabbed a couple at ten each and haven't gotten around to trying them out.
They don't disappoint for the price

They read one guy talk smack about it and that's all they believe
It’s hard to beat a workable blade at that price. Got a good practical blade shape and handle 🇺🇸 🇳🇿
I agree
Those knives are so nice and good, I bought two of them just in case they stopped making them or anything like that.
Good for the price
Nice. Not a bad budget knife. I got 1 as a gift it came razor sharp and its good and light
Not too shabby
Good knife especially for the price , thanks for sharing , God bless brother !
Not so bad

it reminds me of a Mora knive , it knives...love you Brother
a little bigger
Great knife iit hasn't disappointed me i keep it sharp and on my belt 24/7 better safe than sorry 🔪💪🤘
when they work, they work
I got mine a year ago from Walmart for 10 dollars. It a decent budget knife.
I'm seeing it
10 BUCKS 10 BUCKS holy crap and it's a decent blade 😮 wow I've seen them àt tractor supply but I'll be grabbing one for sure
100% worth 10 bucks
The titanium is just the cheap nitride coating they put on the blade, its pointless since the blade is already stainless
@@christianflores7583 I was wondering how they manage that badging

there's a ver wise saying, the best knife is the one you have on you. Doesn't matter what it is
I think it works just fine, especially if it was new good review dbad.
Indeed
Ahh it's ok 😊❤
