- CORRECTION: I referred to the sheath that comes with the knife as leather. I misspoke, the sheath is made from NYLON. My apologies.
This is a bushcraft review of the Camillus Camp Knife that you can commonly find at Walmart. This was one of the first fixed blades that I purchased when I was a teenager, and I hadn't seen a good bushcraft review on the knife, so I decided to do one myself, as I have used this knife as my belt knife for around three years. Enjoy the video!
You definitely know your stuff. Looking forward to more vids
That knife is so nice, I bought another one just in case they stop selling them or something; so, I now have two of them. And a superior review and demonstration.
You should do more vids. Really like this one. Also own the knife and agree it is a great bargain.
Great video! Hope to see you make some more! You did a great job with your first...
Why haven't you made more videos? You did a great job here, I'd watch regularly. Hope you're OK. 👍🏻
Very good review
I bought this knife a couple years ago. You did a very good review of ths knife. I think there is a place for inexpensive knives for people starting out or to put in a second kit you might have in a car. I like that you showed it in action also.
Need more videos please!
i'm sorry, it's awsome seeing a girl do a good knife review. keep it up.
Very Good Review. Keep up the great work. Thank You.
Its worth every cent. I keep one in my tacklebox. I cut everything from bait to maken fire. It sharpens up to a razors edge as well. Looking forward to more videos some day i hope. I subed
Thank you for the review.
Good job!
Really good review
Great review
Yes you are saying it right I live in camillus ny where they was made they sold out now made in China
Good video I'd be curious to know your thoughts on other older bowie knifes. I found a old style winchester bowie that is made in maybe the 60's unsharp and I couldn't believe my eyes so I tryed not to pay him to fast but it was like Christmas. Keep up the good work
Saw this knife on special for 12 $ Canadian at the local cabelas store here in Barrie Ontario !Igoing to get it after watching your video thanks
Decent review, but it would be nice to show its wear, damages, and shortcomings since this is an extended use review. It’s a decent camp knife but I would rather something more durable for survival knife. Mine came with a nylon sheath and not leather.
The new Camillus Knife Company just imports cheap stuff from Taiwan and China. They aren't even based in Camillus N.Y. anymore. You should do a review of the sharpener you showed. I have one and it's great.🙂
They still make U.S.A. knives, check their website. I don't know where in the U.S. but on the web site it says some models are made in the U.S.A. They are however much more expensive than the imported knives, sorta like the Buck knives where the China models are cheaper than the U.S.A. models.
Great review, what's that knife on your side in this video? Mora bushcraft black?
I like that knife I own ome
$11 with titanium and a leather sheath? Damn
Nylon sheath, she said it wrong one time.
Not Saying Anything bad on your part but....MY preference, if its 420 or 440 Stainless i leave it alone !!
That steel dulls EASY in my opinion & don't hold edge LONG time !!
But your right.....EXCELLENT food pep knife at the camp site.
🔥💯👌
