In this video we will give our First Impressions of Bratislava Slovakia.
Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia. The old town is full of tourist attractions and unique statues.
The man at work statue is made of bronze. He is popping his head out of the sewer and resting his arms on the ground. If you touch his head, you get a lifetime of good luck. But! If you touch his nose, you will get pregnant. So be prepared.
Bratislava is very safe and a great spot for sightseeing. We enjoyed our day trip, from where we were staying for the month; Vienna Austria. It was fun to explore the old town, but our highlight of the day was meeting our favorite UA-camr, Slovakia's own PPPeter.

Congratulations on the 10k subscribers guys, so well deserved, you work super hard and are so consistent with your uploads that I struggle to keep up with everything you do haha but I love your channel and all the adventures! Bratislava is a mandatory trip from Vienna by train! I loved the blue church. That dark beer! Those dumplings 9:47 are similar to the Polish pierogi right? So interesting to see how everything evolved. Last time I visited Bratislava was in 2010, ages ago, so nice to see it again!

Bratislava really ins mandatory. The train ride is great and easy and affordable. The dumpings looked and seemed like pierogi to us. You need to return to Bratislava soon!

I knew absolutely nothing about Bratislava before watching this video, so it was really fun to see what it's like. Looks fantastic! I definitely want to go back to Vienna, and next time I will have to go check out Bratislava!👍
Doesn't seem like many people stop over in Bratislava when they are in Vienna, which is a shame. The train ride is great and easy and affordable. There are more touristy spots we didn't get a chance to go to as well. There is a fort/castle and a UFO looking tower on the bridge over the Danube where you can get a great view and a meal. @@WITYTRAVELS I have a friend here in Texas who is doing a cruise down the Danube next month, and will be going to Vienna, Bratislava, Prague, Budapest. Sounds like a great trip!

First thing I want to apologize for my absence, it's just been a lot going on and congratulations witytravels on over 10,000 subscriber's so Bratislava is such a beautiful place happy to see the weather looks perfect glad to hear this was one of the easier transitions because I remember your India video and the transition was a little difficult sometimes and thanks for explaining the transition and bicycles on the train that was a genius idea makes life a little easier so overall it was a very informative video and just loving the old school architecture of the buildings and as far as you can see absolutely no trash on the ground that is how germany is so this is definitely my canna town and from the trains to the statues and all the wonderful people of Bratislava this has been such an amazing video so I see witytravels you haven't loss a step so again sorry for the absence I got a lot of catching up to do so thank's again witytravels for sharing from this wonderful town called Bratislava 🎉 👍

Amazing video guys!!! One of my favorite countries in the entire world.
Just a small correction, you should have said no other two capitals in Europe are as close as Vienna and Bratislava, because if you see in the map Kinshasa and Brazzaville from the Congos, they are stone throw away from each other.
The Macedonian flag that you saw is actually from the Macedonian embassy in Bratislava, and as you've noticed many foreign flags around, the old town is the location for many embassies ☺️

Great idea to do a day trip to Bratislava from Vienna - at that price and it being just one hour away it would be rude not to. Loads of tourists around the Blue Church, always nice to see it. Loved the statue theme inside the very modern looking shopping centre, a little bit of art mixed with Starbucks and Primark. Hope you got a nice sunset down on the Danube! Be careful with the Man at Work, his nose is not to be messed with! Great video!
One of our shortest stays in a country we have had, but still had time to see. a lot. "It would be rude not to" How British of you, lol 🇬🇧 We didn't see the fort/castle there or the "UFO" restaurant but it was cool seeing that Blue Church. It was a can't miss on the other tourists list as well. Always enjoy seeing statues and at least those in doors won't turn green from being outside or get covered in bird poop. Sunset over the Danube was great. Then we headed back to the train station. The Man at Work is good at what he does! Thanks Matt!

Actually, that reminds me of a funny story. A couple summers ago, I was at church in England and a man was giving a talk about how his little three-year-old daughter had seen him changing his shirt one day and asked him if he "had a baby in his tummy"!!! That inspired him to hit the gym a lot harder! Lol
