We just purchased our 2022 GT Soft Top on September 13th and just love it. We hit some great roads in North Georgia and boy can this car handle the curves. It's really hard parking the car in the garage, I just want to keep driving. My wife and I have been riding motorcycles since we have been together the last 40 years and driving the car was more fun than the bike in my opinion.
None of the car reviews mention the two deep pockets storage behind driver and passenger seats. I use the extra storage for hats driving gloves. If you like the twisty roads in east Texas. Wait until you get to the mountains with twisty roads in 3-4 gears
Great job with the video. My favorite part on this one (the first of your videos I've seen) was the bit of history you included. I also like that it felt more like a conversation with a car enthusiast than a straight up review. 😎
This is exactly the trim and color combination that I purchased this fall. The bad news is I live in Minnesota and I can not enjoy it almost 1/2 of the year. But, the other 6 months are pure heaven in this very affordable, reliable, fuel efficient sports car with what might be the best manual transmission available. Three thumbs up. 👍👍👍
A couple of months ago I bought a 2020 RF GT with 2700 miles on it. Awesome car! My only issue is that it hasn’t been below 105 degrees since I bought the car. So the top has only been down a few times at night when it was only in the 90s😂.
I've owned a the very 1st gen NA 7/89 build for 12 years and has been a Blast After seeing the reviews on the updated ND2 I couldn't resist buying a New 2022 sport and I'm Trilled with it. Have to wait till spring to enjoy it
I have a 2021 GT RF and I love it. I got the RF because I like the way it looks better. I do wish that the top can completely retract like the NC model though. It really is an amazing car. You can spend $5-$6k to get a supercharger or turbo kit which bumps whp to 230hp or so. FYI, the 181hp that Mazda claims stock is actually around 150whp, so the bump in 80 or so whp is huge and makes this car feels very quick. Don't get me wrong, it's fun stock and the power is adequate, but it's a lot more fun with more power and I do wish that it comes with 230whp or so stock because the car can definitely handle it with grippier tires.
I’m renting a Miata this week to make sure I love it. Hopefully get one at the end of the month. I’m in Hunt county but there are some great roads around Coffee Mill Lake outside of Bonham. I think I’ll get the Sport model.

I know the feeling. I told my wife that if she could not find me the week we had the Miata, I was out driving. It was too fun to leave parked.

We mention it in our “family review” with my wife.
I bet it is fun in the mountains!
I have a 2020 Club, but you gotta love that low beltline, minimalist windshield, dash mounted rear- view and knock- offs on that MG.
Nailed it. A true sports car. I’ve ordered my 2024 ND3 gt ragtop. I should have it early next year in Sydney
Awesome. Enjoy it

(It’s gotten warm again here, wishing I had this one back)

Thanks for sharing.
Yeah you are hooked, head over heels in love. Cheaper than a mistress. I understand I have a 2020 RF. I'm in Michigan, can't wait till spring 😂
🤣
Design of it is still fresh, even though it came out in 2016 , the streets are not flooded ,so it’s a rarity to see . Looks like a baby jaguar.

Where abouts in East Texas?
Tyler. The Rose Capitol.

And it only gets better with some mods, or all of them.😂
I know, right?!?
El Correcto!
