One of the earliest, if not the earliest recording of Robert and the Strange Sensations.
It’s a great show, full of intensity and drama.
I wasn’t at this gig, however I saw the gig after in Gothenburg and followed it up with the Stockholm gig two days later.
Both gig were amazing and I hold them in my highest esteem.
Seeing Robert for the first time in 1993 (Fate Of Nation), it was an unusual thing for him to play in cities like Malmö, Gothenburg and also the first time seeing him so close.
Me and some friends went to the Gothenburg show and I was full of excitement and had a few beers too much.
I even shouted for him to play some Harmonica with eventually got me the evil eye from the man himself.
In Stockholm however I was sober and enjoyed one of his finest shows ever.
This was the first time I heard Robert singing in such diverse softer style and so many great songs I discovered because of this band.
So a big thanks to Robert for enlighten me with so many classic songs and a big thanks to the taper who taped the show.
Saw him numbers of time between 2001 and 2014.
But those 2001 shows were especially memorable.
Couldn’t find a proper picture of the first line up witch include Porl and Charlie, so this band photo is taken a couple of years later (2003).
