Yeah they aren't hard at all. It's something EVERYONE should be able to do. Quick and easy doesn't require a whole lot of tools, and will save you money every time.
PirateMTH Relay was good. Fuse was good. Wires were good. Blower motor was good. Without a scope there wasn’t any way to check the function of resistor. I tested it with a DVOM and it had continuity problems. I didn’t put that part in the video, because I didn’t feel it was needed. I would have checked resistance values, but I didn’t have those values. Only thing it could have been at that point was the resistor, with the limited testing equipment I have, I made the call to replace the resistor. I’d have liked to perform a better test on amp draw on the blower motor to see if it was the cause of the resistor failure, but time was limited. Everything still works now and I’m certain I made the right call. I’m basically just a DiY guy. If you want more technical videos I suggest New Level Auto, South Main Auto, or pine hollow auto diagnostics.
Thank you for the video.👍
Great video thanks brother. Good old resistor got to love them . Keep up the great work see you in the next video thanks again brother

Yeah that’s the ‘technical term’ LoL
And the resistor test?

I need to get a relay tester. What kind of communist blower is held in place with Torx screws?
At least it not those square Canadian screws!
You mean 'Freedom Screws'!
Yeah I can see needing a 'Red Robbie' to work on a blower, but I don't judge...
