That gold is beautiful!
It's so encouraging when partners in the industry recognize good work, and in your case it got you some free goodies!
The beat is really nice, perfect for a nice summer drive :)
Thank you. Yeah that beat is cold!
@@kachiskid ice cold
@@sundial6919 Thank you. Can't hear that enough.
Thank you you too have a good day
No problem, will do. Nice leg press!
Really sweet new look and better performance I could only imagine it was nice that this company reached out to ya and hooked you up with an upgrade I enjoyed watching your video bro as I always do stay cool in this heat my bro it's getting really hot now ...!🙂👍
Thanks bro-bro. To bad I have to do the break-in process all over, but I couldn't pass this up. It's a great feeling for companies to reach out...you will see soon. Keep plugging away!
@@kachiskid yeah I think that's really cool how company's reach out like this I hope one day I'll get to experience it like you said ...😁🤞well my bro I started a Facebook group page for scooter talk ...you know a go to place for bragging on your ride,or asking and sharing advice with others or posting pics and short clip videos etc... I really like it if you joined bro it's called KEV'S SCOOTER MOTO-VLOGS also ..🛵👍😁 have a good day my bro
I will be joining tomorrow, but I just want to let you know, I'm not a big fan of Facebook.
@@kachiskid right on bro I to dont like Facebook much it's ok if you dont feel like joining I totally understand I hope all is going well with hope and your plans on getting her up and going again I miss your videos with her have a good day ok brother !👍
I wanted to hear that thing, I have same head but when I striped head bolt on last block I didnt put it on new one, but I did do g2 reed kit windowed piston and chamber pipe wit sclincer an she loves it, stock carb 40 mph, ggz
I will make a video of me riding it. Been dealing with way to much rain here. During break-in period she is sounding a little clunky, but fires up 1st time, every time.
You put the head on sideways.
How can you tell? Direction of the fins?
@@kachiskid yes
@@lilbeest135 yeah, got it. thank you.
This is super cool!
Thank you.
We'll done on video 🚴♂️💨💨💨💨 that's really cool that they send you a new cylinder body and looks really good and the Gold cylinder head works fine have it on one of my motorized bicycle I'm sure you seen it💨💨💨💨🤙👍✌💯
Thank you bro. Of course I have seen your cylinder head, it is cold. I was going to get the blue one, but the gold will offset the rest of the blue on the bike. U of M colors.
@@kachiskid LOL I did the same I had it but it ran good still but I wanted to put it correct way so I did you need to turn it one more time 🚲💨💨💨🤙👍💯
It probably doesn't matter but up to you
@@motorizedbicyclerider5296 Thank you brother. Shout out coming of course! Your my guy!
@@kachiskid welcome 🚲💨💨🤙👍💯
Looks clean
Thanks. Looking forward to running her this season.
Great video bro nice bike I like the color of that head
Thank you, breakin' it in now.
Welcome bro
Very nice set up, I'm sure it ran well for you. I just received a open transfer cylinder and I don't know if I need a windowed piston or not. What did you use with this build?
They gave me a windowed piston. I personally think the non windowed supplied a little more power.
kool!!! ~Haze
Thank you.
Get an expansion chamber like a 85 yz it’s gonna make crazy power , i’ve got one with a fully built motor 👍🏼
Lol. Yeah that is more a young man's game. I hate the noise already of the 2 stroke. With that, my neighbors would run me out.
@@kachiskid yes ofc i understand , but with a good mufler i think it delete the loud noise of the screaming 2 stone motor! Im planning to adapt one on mine soon !
@@guslebolideur8736 I going to be testing a lot on this bike when fully broken in. I might get one, never say never but I have an exhaust to upgrade it too already. This might not be a speed demon, but I got enough of those. 😉
@@kachiskid yeah with little upgraded parts for cheap u can make some nice power , but motorised bike parts are very different each other , especially the motor but mostly the cylinder
I was waiting for the money shot bruh...lmao feel cheated...good for you getting them parts.
Lol. I will get you your money shot. Haven't had a chance to ride because of all the rain we have been getting. Dealing with flooding again.
Money shot 💦😉
Don't you think you would get better cooling if you turned the head 90 degrees so air can flow through the fins as you ride down the road?
No, just didn't notice.
Turn the head 90° so air flows across it
Yup. Done. Thanks.
I built 2 bikes 1 zada triple and seeutek, yesterday, how fast can on them for the break in period, cool vid ima add that after the break in
They say you should go through 5 tank fulls for break in, but just use high quality oil, and 3 should be fine.
Your billet head is on sideway sir, nice explanation otherwise. ⚙️🚲⚙️
Yes sir. It had been corrected. Thank you.
@@kachiskid it will run either way but the air is supposed to flow into the fingers or “fins” and cool the motor. I have few videos on building motors. Hope that helps. Godspeed
@@rogerstafford-wakeinc.2088 Yes sir. Didn't even realize at the time, I was so happy just to get going. 🙃 I will check out your channel and learn something!
@@kachiskid hope it helps thanks for your support
Love the video info, as usual!!! Who makes that song? Where can I get a copy of it?!! 😊 🙏🏽👌🏽
Thank you. It is a free UA-cam beat.

Find it interesting that your motor came with the slightly domed piston I have three different 80cc bike engine kits all of them are flat Pistons
That is interesting. How is yours running? Sometimes flat pistons have a problem with starting up right away. In mopeds anyway...
@@kachiskid you are right stop-and-go suck I have to walk my motorized bike across crosswalks at lights
@@kachiskid runs fine even though my bottom end is going out
But I have 3000 miles on my bike so I have pushed it been through a couple Magneto's but that's because my bottom end Wiggles around like a fish out of water if I didn't have to ride at 16 miles to and from work a day I fix it right but because I need it to get to and from work it's easier to just put a Magneto in it usually they don't go bad I can use them for spares on my girlfriend's bike they just won't work on my bike anymore
@@kachiskid I got a window piston at one point and I took it out because I got more bottom-end power out of the flat piston that came in it stock
That take a smaller spark plug?
Yeah the original spark plug is a BPMR5Y, but I run a little hotter with the NGK Spark Plug, NGK BPMR6Y.
If you remove the spark plug it turns over easier to remove the chain
Yes it does.
I could mount an 80 cylinder and piston on a 100 engine because in Romania there are no 100 cylinder and pistons, I want to point out that it fits in holes only that the 100 cc cylinder and piston is 50 mm and the 80 cc has 47mm? .
Good information.
testing video??
2nd person who asked, so I will film it today. Didn't think you guys wanted to see break-in period.
@@kachiskid xd
How can I take my 80cc motor for my bike cycle and make it not pedal start it to and upgrade as a starter and 🔐
Very important ? Please let me know if I can do thar
Not sure on how to do that.
How much more power did you get
I think I lost, until I tuned it up. Now back up to 32-34 mph. I think the high compression head doesn't help either.
