    I wanted to hear that thing, I have same head but when I striped head bolt on last block I didnt put it on new one, but I did do g2 reed kit windowed piston and chamber pipe wit sclincer an she loves it, stock carb 40 mph, ggz

      I will make a video of me riding it. Been dealing with way to much rain here. During break-in period she is sounding a little clunky, but fires up 1st time, every time.

    We'll done on video 🚴‍♂️💨💨💨💨 that's really cool that they send you a new cylinder body and looks really good and the Gold cylinder head works fine have it on one of my motorized bicycle I'm sure you seen it💨💨💨💨🤙👍✌💯

      Thank you bro. Of course I have seen your cylinder head, it is cold. I was going to get the blue one, but the gold will offset the rest of the blue on the bike. U of M colors.

    Very nice set up, I'm sure it ran well for you. I just received a open transfer cylinder and I don't know if I need a windowed piston or not. What did you use with this build?

      They gave me a windowed piston. I personally think the non windowed supplied a little more power.

      @@guslebolideur8736 I going to be testing a lot on this bike when fully broken in. I might get one, never say never but I have an exhaust to upgrade it too already. This might not be a speed demon, but I got enough of those. 😉

      @@kachiskid yeah with little upgraded parts for cheap u can make some nice power , but motorised bike parts are very different each other , especially the motor but mostly the cylinder

    Don't you think you would get better cooling if you turned the head 90 degrees so air can flow through the fins as you ride down the road?

    I built 2 bikes 1 zada triple and seeutek, yesterday, how fast can on them for the break in period, cool vid ima add that after the break in

      They say you should go through 5 tank fulls for break in, but just use high quality oil, and 3 should be fine.

      @@kachiskid it will run either way but the air is supposed to flow into the fingers or “fins” and cool the motor. I have few videos on building motors. Hope that helps. Godspeed

    Find it interesting that your motor came with the slightly domed piston I have three different 80cc bike engine kits all of them are flat Pistons

      That is interesting. How is yours running? Sometimes flat pistons have a problem with starting up right away. In mopeds anyway...

      But I have 3000 miles on my bike so I have pushed it been through a couple Magneto's but that's because my bottom end Wiggles around like a fish out of water if I didn't have to ride at 16 miles to and from work a day I fix it right but because I need it to get to and from work it's easier to just put a Magneto in it usually they don't go bad I can use them for spares on my girlfriend's bike they just won't work on my bike anymore

    That take a smaller spark plug?

      Yeah the original spark plug is a BPMR5Y, but I run a little hotter with the NGK Spark Plug, NGK BPMR6Y.

    If you remove the spark plug it turns over easier to remove the chain

    I could mount an 80 cylinder and piston on a 100 engine because in Romania there are no 100 cylinder and pistons, I want to point out that it fits in holes only that the 100 cc cylinder and piston is 50 mm and the 80 cc has 47mm? .

      I think I lost, until I tuned it up. Now back up to 32-34 mph. I think the high compression head doesn't help either.
