  • Hey guys hey guys in today’s video we talk about installing our brand new high compression head on my hyper motorized bike. This is a multi part series on testing bikeberry’s performance parts there will be a link down below to their website if you would like to purchase some of the parts that I showed you today. I am satisfied how the bike cooled so well.

    One small trick might be to smear a small amount of soft wax onto the nuts when putting them on the studs.
    I use a softish microcrystalline wax, purchased at Amazon (as a lubricant, but it works well for this job as well.)

    For future reference, take a piece of paper and stick it over the nut then put the socket over it. It will keep it from falling out

    If looking for torque, hill climbing power, ditch the F2 and get an expansion chamber. If flat lander, you will be fine with it.

      Just another style exhaust I wanted to try out 👍

      @@keeganhache6667 I did. Go for it. And wrap something on it ( end part or middle) and anchor it onto the frame. Vibrations are unforgivable.

    What temp difference, very surprised it’s that much but I recently used a head like that and I noticed it did cool way better just by touch.

      I know it’s crazy how much of a difference it made. After a ride I can touch the top of the engine and not burn myself.

    Hi Keegan, nice video. I've been building only stock engines for a long time. Does that set of reed valve you have improve top end more? Or just mid-range?

    Great video! J.w are you gonna try the cdh67? I'm debating the F2,,nasty Jack, or cdh67

    • @keeganhache6667
      @keeganhache6667  Рік тому

      Get the cdh67 the nasty jack can hit your front tire if you put it on a normal bike frame setup unlike the felt faker frames. They fit up great to those. The f2 is good for piston port motors that need the less restrictive exhaust system.

    The f2 thrust exhaust is annoyingly loud

      Not if you put a muffler on it

      @@keeganhache6667 pretty sure it isnt a proper expansion chamber. It just frees up restriction. Get a Mz65 clone, they have a noticible power band, when the engine becomes quieter and pulls harder.

    I didn't think the head would cool it that much. ❤❤ nice work. What spark plug is that?

      With the right modifications yes a reed can help the mid range and top end

    Hey bro how did you figure out clearance using the g2 and NT carburetor on that side my clutch arm hits the carburetor 😢

    • @keeganhache6667
      @keeganhache6667  Рік тому +1

      Man I just got lucky with mine but you can shave a small amount off of the float bowl to make clearance. But if it’s by a lot consider getting a different style of clutch arm some of the ones come with a nipple that hooks in the end. That will give you more clearance:
