Thanks so much Louisa in joining me and the family. I was wearing a cardigan from the rowan studio knits - 21 designs by Sarah Hatton. It is supposed to be knitted in Rowan Felted Tweed DK but I used Adriafil Sierra Andina - Shade 019 005 and Rowan Kid Silk Haze shade 00581. I knitted it many moons ago and also in another shade too - I liked it so much. Very comfortable and warm but light. By pure chance I kept the wool ball tickets in the book!
I knit that same Regia yarn for my husband. I knit 64 stitches on a size one needle and they look completely different. I really enjoyed the yarn and would love to knit more Regia yarn. If you have an instagram I can send a photo. I just love it! I am teary eyed that we got to see Tommy for the first time with you. How full your heart must be!
As yes, I think size makes a difference, my grandson loved them. I don't have instagram, I think I might go down a rabbit hole with my time! It was a special moment seeing Tommy for the first time and am grateful to my granddaughter for sharing.

Penny, my darling niece, you never make a sound when drinking your tea and I feel it would be so much better to say 'sip' rather than 'slurp'. Was that OK? No negative connotations?
