I found this recipe today and tried it right away. My Chinese broccoli did not cook in 3 minutes so I cooked it a little bit more and tried your sauce. It is good. Now I know how to cook this vege. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Awesome.

OMG! I had no idea this dish was so easy to make. I always order it when I go to a Dim Sum restaurant but now I know how to make it at home and it's delicious! Thank you Chef!

Tried it, with broccoli rabe. Worked really well. So delicious. I don't add the sesame oil until things are off the heat, though (using Korean sesame oil).

Love me some Chinese broccoli. I'm a new vegan, and eat oil free. It's interesting how many Chinese style condiments are being produced with Vegan alternatives these days. Do you have a recipe for a Vegan style egg roll that could be baked. and maybe for a nice vegetable rich hot sour soup? Those are two of my favorites.

Fantastic simple recipe chef , it will just give that little bit of extra flavour , getting ` Chinese ` Broccoli here in Bonnie Scotland maybe a challenge , so will try initially normal Broccoli , which should be fine as its the sauce that I think will make it special , Thanks for posting :-)

You're awesome, man. Your videos remind me of Stephen Yan from the late 80s. I grew up watching him. I love Wok with Yan and, as stereotypical that show may be, he's a hero for many of us viewers of him. I like how you speak, and make it fun and easy. I hope your show gets even bigger!

I whish we could get this "chinese broccoli" here in Switzerland. I've never seen this Veggie. I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks.

I live near a small city in Tennessee USA but there is a large university there that brings a lot of international students. There is a Chinese grocery here that I can buy this vegetable at. I find it very similar to both 'brocolini' used in Italy and 'broccoli rabe' sold in larger farmers markets here in the USA. I have also seen a similar vegetable in an Indian grocery in Nashville TN which is the closest larger city to me. Maybe you can find something like that to try, it is delicious! This looks like a great way to eat it too!

Doesn't the oyster sauce contain MSG? MSG is bad for health. Otherwise, this dish is great.

i will never flush my general tso's down the toilet,
i make it myself >_> spent two hours making it. THAT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME, EFFORT, AND FOOD!
i WILL however, make other things to go with it :3
(please keep in mind that this is a joke,)
