For anyone watching - you don't have to go as fast as he did in maneuverability. In fact, you shouldn't give it any gas at all if you're nervous. Just take your foot off the brake and coast through it.
@@vjollila96 we drive a good amount of both just depends on where you are, the United States has never actually been United, even ou rdriving laws are different per state 😂
+Savannah Fulenwider well I passed the road test, it was so easy like I don't know what I was worried about, but I did fail the maneuverability test and i have to take that part again in 7 days (next Tuesday) Maneuverability is a bitch, practice that part a lot haha
Thank you for this! Planning on taking mine very soon and I will be studying this closely bless you for posting this! It helps so much! Thank you isn't enough and congrats on passing!
Natalie James omg same here. Moved here in Ohio about a year ago from Indiana and I've heard it's harder here than Indiana. And yes I'm aware I'm replying to a comment that's s year old lol
Thanks for the video, it was very helpful. Took the test today, it was the same tester, the same route, but the maneuverability was first. I got 7 off maneuverability and 10 off driving, but passed.
Michigan's tests are like 2 times longer and you have to go on the highway. Also you have to parallel park and reverse park before you go on the road. Each tester is private and has different rules too like mine made me redo all the parking because I had a reverse camera even though Michigan law says I can use it on the test
Took my test today. 0 off for the road test and 10 off for the maneuverability because I hit a frickin pole, I restarted though and got the maneuverability right the second time. The road test was just a breeze.
If you had kept in the entirety of the end when she was going over what he did wrong, it would have been mighty helpful. Edit: Actually, I can see it in the description, my bad! I passed my driving but failed maneuverability. Like your son (is this your son? Lol), I turned too wide on one of the roads, but that was the only thing I got marked down for. I had a really chill instructor; I signalled too soon and he warned me about it but didn't mark it down. We talked the whole time about his part-time job as a fire fighter and about what the roads are like in England where I'm from. I'm practising maneuverability for my re-take this Wednesday, but I'm finding it to be really hard and inconsistent. I'd rather they included parallel parking in the actual driving test, because real life is a lot easier than the five cones.
I failed maneuverability. I got so nervous i left the wheel turned lol I gotta go in again in 7 days. The driving portion was good tho! Good luck to you!
+Jennifer Gonzalez I passed my driving part but I failed my maneverablity. I hit the back cone accidentally and didn't even realize it. But next time I will pass it I just need to practice it a a lot more. But I hope you pass yours!!!
I'm taking my test tommorow morning at 10. Idk if I'll pass manuverability. Or not I've practiced and haven't hit a cone well one today but that was it the other days I haven't wish me luck I guess.
+Eyerish .B Don't be nervous. I decided on driving school with Bicks . I was taught the X method when doing Maneuverability which is the simplest way to pass that portion of the test. I got a perfect score. The road test starts once you leave the parking lot drive about 20 miles per hr. Your required to stop at every stop sign there like seven then drive back into the parking lot and you passed. The test is less than 15 mins.
+Eyerish .B It does but do whatever your comfortable with just be comfortable going either left or right because the instructor choose which direction you pull up to the cone to.
Wow they didn’t take points off for not stopping behind the stop sign??? The instructors I had were super strict on everything. Turning, stopping behind stop signs, etc.
PokeNinja1212 i took mine last week and didn't come to a complete stop but passed maneuverability and I just took the road test again today and passed :)
+Obey MyMindlessness I'm 18 and taking mine tomorrow, I'm not worried about the driving portion but the maneuverability is a little iffy, however, considering I can pull and back in between two parked cars in a parking lot I'm pretty sure I got this. I'm gonna be nervous af though.
I'm in Ohio, at mine they have you do maneuverability first, but if you fail it they don't even let you do the driving part. However, if you pass the maneuver, but fail the driving, you don't have to re-do the maneuver. It's basically backwards from this video.

Tayona Laney I’m in Cleveland and you can go to the shaker middle school and they already have cones set up already if you are willing to make that drive cause it’s like 30 minuets away from Akron
