Interesting property. Because it was commercial at one time, would it still be part commercial or can it easily be changed to residential? Second question, where can one get a map of said property with all its boundaries? And thirdly, what is the actual name of this village so that one can research the village and its needs for commercial development?

You want €65,000 for THIS? How can you justify asking this price? It may be interesting but it is A RUIN as are most of the surrounding buildings and areas. Romance we can always lend to the building. It has a history but it spells out an incredible amount of money to invest and then you have to find the reliable, competent workers to do the work which in Portugal is so difficult. You are looking at a long wait for a return on your investment. You want to sell but a more unemotional assessment of the building would be better from the buyers point of view. You can't live off fresh air and the smell of a rose. Is that a river at the bottom of the property? Flood plains? Why would you invest in a dying village? You don't even say how far it is from the nearest largest center with a school or hospital.
So many questions , are you a Buyer? Why you asking for flood plan we have few rice fields far away. It just rice camp no hazards . And price it is market price asked by owner of the property not by us . We are agency .
And about town nearby all in description .

@@billalbuquerque7780 I'm comparing with UK living level and weather, and yes , I don't mind leaving and rebuild priority, than suffering without sun, and cold weather 300 days per year , and plastic "" vegetable. In Portugal you can 2 - 3 times collect vegetables and fruits grow everywhere.. So I in my case don't mind . We buy house here , invest in remodeling and enjoying life .

@@epualc This what I mean .. This is it - we invest in damaged properties and after just winning .. This is marketing, investment and we grow in the material part . Actually we are looking for ruins because it is easy to sell and customers just win with us.
