The first tree believe is a silver birch . Yes, that is a walnut tree. The schrub I am not sure, but I knowit has lovely flower in February that are full of bees. I would also love to know the ID

Also, the price had been massively reduced because originally had a townhouse in Aguas included. But now the townhouse had been sold separately , hence the price drop ;)
