British guitarist reacts to Dokken - Should 'Dokken' have been 'Pilson'?!

- Here's a bit of a different take on 'Just Got Lucky' with Jeff taking over the lead vocal. I was really surprised at how good this was!

One of the most underrated Musicians in the industry! The whole package. Multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, writer, arranger, producer, Engineer. Jeff Pilson is the REAL DEAL!!
If Pilson had been a lead singer for 30-40 years of touring, I wonder if his voice would still be as great as it is. Let's be fair to Don Dokken. He also had vocal surgery. Don was one of the best metal vocalists ever.
Don dokken was pretty good more of a front man i saw them
Jeff is a very talented musician he wrote this song and many other Dokken tunes. Don's vocals were fantastic when he was in his prime. Everyone played their part perfectly. Dokken is a very underrated rock band.
Don is actually playing bass in the video. The performance comes from the One Live Night album from 1996. Both Jeff and Mick do a couple of lead vocals during the concert. Mick sings Tooth & Nail, and both sing It's Not Love. If you can find the whole thing, check it out. It's pretty good stuff!
Yeah Don is hiding under his fringe!
@@wingsofpegasus nah don just said hey Jeff you want to sing this one Jeff said sure (i have the dvd as well) end of story :) I Love Dokken and Jeff is an amazing singer better vocalist then don? technically yes, but Dons got the charm, drama, unique sound and soul .. I love their harmonies always been the best part of Dokken, IMO :) ok and Lynch and brown are ok to :)
LOL I noticed Don was playing bass as well. wth? :) Love Jeff's singing here.
I want to thank you for sharing this. When Jeff created War & Peace back in the late 80s, early 90's, I was introduced to his voice and was amazed at how good his vocals were. This version of Just Got Lucky is incredible.
Jeff is so underated. Huge part of Dokken.
Agreed, never knew Jeff could sing like that. BUT, I remember seeing Dokken in '89 and Jeff was singing the shit out of the background vocals. Along with, George, Mick, and Don, they sounded AMAZING! Dig classic Dokken.
Yeah hes awesome!
With such a stripped down version of the song any mistakes will stand out more and the band nailed it. Jeff is a brilliant singer and proves it here.
Amen!
There’s also a demo of Dream Warriors(not the best quality) where Jeff Sings lead and Don is backing vocals, I recommend you Look it up, it’s actually pretty cool
Now days, yes Pilson should sing for Dokken because Don's voice is pretty much gone after he had surgery on it several years ago. He never let it heal correctly.
Yeah Don's voice has definitely suffered.
You should check out the version of "Tooth & Nail" from this same performance. Mick Brown does the lead vocal on that track and it's a slower, smokier take on the song. Definitely good stuff. Dokken was so under appreciated back in the day. Pound for pound, four of the best musicians to come out of the L.A. scene.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Pilson,has a great voice,he is great musician,he still looks like a rocker,unlike Dokken whom resembles a potato.
😂
I've been a docking fan all my life especially a Lynch fan but Jeff is killing this I think it's an awesome version maybe as good as the first to be honest
Always nice to see this multi-talented player...great song writer...nice pick for your vid👍
Yeah he's awesome!
I was there!! 95' at the strand in Redondo Beach, ca. It was called "one live night" the place only holds about 250......very intimate and epic
Fil!!! Damn!! Great video!!! This SCREAMS everything I thought about Jeff Pilson. LOVE George, but I don’t think we’re talking about Dokken if he hadn’t joined the band.
Wow.... that is REALLY good and I actually like his vocal better. Sounds fuller and less nasally. Thanks buddy!
Yeah it's awesome!
Hi Fil! ..Just popped in to see this music analysis on Mr Pilson! Yes, you are again really on it when describing and giving your analysis of Jeff as a singer and player, and just overall quality performance. Jeff does get a dbl thumbs up from me as well!👍👍 Jeff has recently impressed me on his pure love of music, almost "schooled" if you will, his interview that he gave about his love for singing and playing pop music way before Dokken. Definitely not the quiet bass player I thought he was. WAY TO GO JEFF!👍👍
He’s a really talented guy. Gone under the radar.
Yeah there's a reason he's always hired!
Awesome job with your version of the song. Peace brother 😎🙏🏼
So I just realized you didn't know that Don was actually being gracious and actually showcasing Jeff here. I've heard Don being nothing but complimentary towards Jeff's abilities. "Jeff is a great singer, he's a LEAD singer..."
I saw Jeff up close and personal with Foreigner a few years back. The whole band was great! But I was focused on Jeff 80% of the time. He is a Beast. His bass skills and vocals are underrated and superb. I did get a pick from him! What a musician!
Along these lines, I recommend checking out Adrian Smith doing lead vocals for Maiden in "Reach Out" if you haven't.
I was there for this show live, and used to watch Jeff doing solo performances with his solo group "Better Mousetrap" and this is just a standard example of how powerful a vocalist he was and is.. Just outstanding and mind-blowing. This was a long time coming and well deserved.
Big fan of Jeff Pilson. He’s great with Dokken, and amazing with Foreigner. Rock on!!
Yeah there's a reason he's been in so many bands!
Had the exact same reaction to this exact video about a year ago. Couldn't stop listening.
Amen!
Don was there. He was playing bass.
Yeah hiding under his fringe!
Wow. Just, holy hell wow... I covered this song back in the day (as the drummer), so I’ve heard it hundreds of times over the last 30+ years. His voice sounds SO MUCH like the original track, I am just dumbstruck. WOW. Thank you for sharing, as I probably would never have heard it otherwise!
No problem!
Great video fil one of my favorite bands great job.....rock on brother
Cool! Will do!
Back when Dokken disbanded and George created Lynch Mob, the media buzz was constantly planting seeds for Jeff to play bass and take on the vocal duties as well. But whenever Jeff was presented the temptation of consideration, he always had a reason for not stepping into a permanent, lead vocalist role. Seeing this video now, the truth is this: We know what Dokken sounds like with Don, and it was great, but imagine if we'd never heard Don's voice and came to know only Jeff's? It changes everything, doesn't it? Would "Pilson" have been less successful? The world will never know. Make no mistake, many successful groups have talented backing vocalists in them (Michael Anthony - Van Halen) and it's because of that combination and chemistry that those great songs became the songs we know and love so I'm a bit disinclined to think that any singer should've been cast aside during any group's rise to success. It's not about who's better when truthfully, it's how they work together.
Glad you did this. This was a great "unplugged" session. TBH I was never impressed with the original version until I heard this take. I appreciate them both.
What can’t Don do? Bass, here, lead vocals on their albums, and drums.
One of my favorite Dokken videos Hands down Pilson nails it
I think it would have been cool if Dokken and Pilson had switched up between songs, like many other bands with two singers have done.
Not sure if you knew or not, Jeff and George wrote this song. Jeff demoed it for George and they finished the song. There is a Tooth and Nail album session version with Jeff on the vocals. Don’t be diplomatic. Jeff has a more blues based voice and that’s where this song came from. Great video!
Yeah it really suits him!
0:58 to 1:02 Never picked up on the Baker Street (Gerry Rafferty) riff in this song until in this form!
My God..... He's fantastic..
Amen!
Check out the lynch/Pilson cd, also Jeff Wrote most songs with George and there’s demos available of him singing lead
Thanks!
Wings of Pegasus I believe it’s lynch pilson “wicked underground” album
Yeah, everybody has known for years Jeff is a good singer. Don has lost it but can still do harmonies/back up vocals. Dokken will be touring this summer, too bad Jeff is busy!
You should check out the Lynch/Pilson record (Wicked Underground) for more of Jeff's lead vocals, and/or the tracks on T&N that Jeff sings lead on (there are also guest vocals from Dug Pinnick, Robert Mason, and Ripper Owens).
Live, Jeff saves Don's current lack of range with his backing vocals on the current live reunion album (much as Mark Boals did in a recent version of the George-less Dokken).
Thanks for the reference!
Insufficient Therapy (Craig Goldy -1993)..Jeff on vocals .. & don't forget the few Dio releases where Pilsons bass is ruling...
Yeah there's a reason he's always hired!
Holyshit :O very good man! Indeed a spot on.
Dokken is One of my favorite bands! Mr. Scary "George Lynch" is in my top 10 of best guitar players ever! The man's amazing!
I grew up in the 80s, and I STILL can't figure out why Dokken never became a headlining band. Don was in the upper 10%-20% of 80's metal singers, and George was/is considered to be one of the best metal guitarists. Plus they were good songwriters. Christ, Dokken put out better songs than Motley f**king Crüe did! So, what gives? Why is Motley Crüe able to pull off big $$$$ stadium tours, as if they ever put out more than a few decent songs?
@@HighlanderNorth1, Good questions. Crüe sucked and Dokken rocked. Dokken did a lot of small club headlining in the nineties, in SoCal. I miss those days.
We went to the 1988 Monsters of Rock show just to see Dokken, and that show was a bit of a nightmare for them (and us), after the Metallica fans stormed the floor.
Hold on. Just watched it again. Is that Don playing bass???
I think he's trying to hide his face, but I think it's him!
My first dokken exposure was the nightmare on elmstreet soundtrack so I'll always be a Don guy. But he nails this, in his own way.
Yeah Don is Dokken, quite literally!
I saw this clip for the first time about a year ago, and I had no idea that Jeff could sing this well until then. Someone else↓ mentioned that Mick sang a song here as well, and I'll try to find that as well. Jeff's voice was pretty close to being as good as Don's! Sure, he's not top .0001% world-class vocalist like Dave Mustaine or Fred Durst, but then again, who is?? {😁} ←{Disclaimer: For anyone who considers taking that last sentence seriously, I'll refer you to the laugh emoji}
Watch Mick Brown sing Tooth and Nail off the same dvd. "One night live" Equally as good but a totally different voice.
👍
I saw Dokken at a small club back in the late 90's. Don was so drunk he couldn't even finish the show. He sang like 4 songs then Jeff took over and actually did this song and it was amazing. Don switched to bass after complaining about the lights being too bright and the music was too loud for a small crowd. After about 6 songs the lights went out and the band took like a 20 min break then the band returned without Don and did the two instrumentals they do. The band was tight and awesome to see except for Don. It was a mixed reaction to a band I loved as a teen in the 80's. I paid as much to see them as I did to see an outside show with Cheap Trick, Alice Cooper and the Scorpions and to get a too drunk Don Dokken was a real let down, but at least I got to see George live who just killed it!
Dam that's annoying!
Well you know, when you're drunk you're drunk
@@spartansquid5931
Uhm, what's your point? Regardless of your profession, you're NOT supposed to get so drunk that you can't perform the task you were paid to do. You can't just adopt the attitude that, "the primary employee is too trashed to do that job you paid to have done, so, uhm, oh well"..... Most people(and employers) don't take too kindly to that.
@@HighlanderNorth1 Bad analogy, this is Don's band, he isn't an employee and nobody hired him. I agree that there's no excusing the irresponsible attitude he held back then though.
@@HighlanderNorth1,
Layne Staley consistently failed to show up for concerts in the nineties. It’s unprofessional, but it’s part of “lead singer disease”.
Don Dokken’s attitude pissed off a lot of people. I saw him melt down twice (the first time wasn’t his fault, but the fault of the venue that had turned the sound off after a Metallica related riot). The second time was LSD (lead singer disease). I’m glad that I didn’t get stuck with drunk Don.
Id've been ok with the band being called Pilson. It may have been a more enduring unit without Don. Of course it may have been longer lived without George as well but George is the friggin man so...
Love this analysis Fil! It was rumored back in the day that Jeff wanted to do lead vocals on a few tracks, but Don was not having it! Now we know why. 😕
Haha yep!
Don was the one asking Mick and Jeff if they wanted to sing several times live, I think bias may have affected what you thought Don did and didn't let Pilson do.
I've still never heard a better (melt your face off) version of this than Beast From The East delivered...
but this is interesting...and very different...I agree with your 'nowhere to hide' interpretation...very true.
Cool!
Hey, I would love to heard a video of UFO, original band. Obviously featuring Michael Schenker's amazing guitar work. Or even his solo stuff. UFO has been my favorite band since 1974. Thank man .
Jack Vai yeah Beast from the East is pretty much ruling all the way thru. The solo to Nightmare on Elm St, OMG is all.
Wow , couldn't believe it when i saw this posted!!..lol Don Dokken is Actually playing bass and Backup vocals on this, I think he knows Jeff can nail this one, and lets him shine a little..............Dokken "Just Got Lucky" by having Jeff Pilson as a Bassist,Songwriter, and Vocalist,. for sure.
Yeah Don is hiding under his fringe!
TANTRUM GASM was that Don on Bass? Wow... would love to know the story behind it
I think Jeff is a fantastic singer technically, but IMO Don has a more distinct voice.
Yeah they certainly have different tones and delivery.
Yeah, while Jeff and Mick are both really good singers their voices are pretty average compared to most rock singers, they wouldn't have become very distinct had they become singers.
I agree with everything you just said .
wow im really surprised it sounds really really good.i think i wore out at least 3 cassettes back in the 80s of tooth and nail.they are still one of my favorite bands from the past a lot of memories i have with there music as the soundtrack.
Cool!
This is an amazing performance I have seen this one before and Jeff does an outstanding job on vocals .mick sings tooth and nail that one is good this I believe is off their live DVD which I need to get and I love dokken I definitely would have loved to see Jeff sing more songs and like you said very impressive stuff
Yes, it’s from “One Live Night,” recorded in Long Beach, California, at The Strand.
I miss the days when you could find Dokken playing somewhere nearby in LA or Orange County.
There's another video from the same show with Mick singing Tooth and Nail. He's incredible too. They could have been a 3 piece and would have been just fine. There is a new project coming out with Lynch, Pilson and Brown with Robert Mason (most recently with Warrant) singing. It should be awesome as long as the songs are strong. He's a great singer.
That sound like it has potential!
Mike Stillwagon oh wow I cannot wait for that! That would be like Dokken with Mason on vocals. Hopefully it'll have it's own sound altogether tho.
inspectorbudget My biggest concern is the songs. It seems that all too often in projects like this one the songs are kind of thrown together haphazardly and are almost instantly forgettable.
@@mikestillwagon5675 My thoughts exactly ..i mean remember Chickenfoot? Hope it doesnt turn into that.
I desperately wanted to love Chickenfoot.
If only they wouldn't of listened to outside influences. If they would have just stuck to the music and left the whole "look" thing out of it, they would have been so much bigger. I know George said something to that regard in an interview once.
Yeah, the costumes and hair lumped them in with inferior bands. It’s sad, because they were really good.
Just wanted to say, while I'm a different type of person than Phil, for sure not a Musician like him but I did grow up in a musical family and was Lucky as hell to live in Orange County Ca. near the Cuckoo's Nest just an hour away from the Sunset strip where My friend literally lived off Larabee.(by tower video) In 1980 I was 18 and lived on the strip on the weekends. I've seen so many bands, not just once, but many times. I've seen "rockstar" attitudes here and there but mostly the stars of the 80s were just like you and me off the stage. If you ever were in sunset sound... They had a basketball hoop up inside the little courtyard to blow off steam between sessions. (beat Quincy Jones, and a few of my buddies in a game of horse while mixing their album haha, Quincy was in another studio with Barbara Streisand)
Anyway, I got a lot of stories, its not about how lucky I was, its that I've been up close with many hairband artists. I've never been so embarrassed for someone as I was when I saw Don berate the sound guy at the coach house then go on to crackle while trying to hit notes. That's why I was so harsh in my previous comment. (Phil is super nice, a lot nicer than I lol....Thanks Phil for doing these* reaction vids.
No problem!👍
My best friend lived on Larrabie in the nineties, about half a block south of Sunset. We would walk up to the Rainbow.
I was just thinking about all of the times that Dokken played The Coach House in SJC in the nineties. They were all over Orange County at that point. I even convinced my thrash metal guitarist boyfriend to see Dokken, and he became a George Lynch fan that night.
@@SuziQ. haha, my sisters boyfriend lived next door to George Lynch and one night it was pouring rain and he called me and told me to come over. George and his wife were rolling around in the mud in their front yard fighting. Cops were called and it was a clown show….lol. I didn’t com, not into drama, and I’m not star struck like that. I like seeing magic. That’s it. I miss the good old days but there’s nothing like the present and being able to afford decent tickets. Much better than all the hanging out hoping to get close to see the band actually play… My buddy Jon Darby lived in apartments about where you are describing. It’s cool that both Lynch and poison are still killing it and Dokken sucks….lol
@@fastj1962 ,
I think George has changed a lot. He seems to be living a quiet, drama free life with his current wife (she’s a yoga instructor). He’s a luthier, and builds custom guitars.
Drama isn’t fun. It looks like he figured that out.
FIL please consider some priest or maybe Steve Harris this guy is truly metal shredding metal head. Blackmore with purple or rainbow. Thanks man
Will do!
He sang lead vocals for a band called T&N which was basically Dokken without Don lol George Lynch and Mick Brown on drums and lead vocals. This is probably One Night Live which was semi "unplugged"
Yeah they look like they're having a blast!
It was “One Live Night,” filmed in ‘95, in Los Angeles (Redondo Beach).
@@beachgirl4583,
You’re right. I thought it was Long Beach.
I'm going to see George Lynch next month with Queensryche.
I'll post some video after the show.
Cheers Fil 🤘
Awesome!
Where? I checked the Ryche schedule and didn't see So. Cal.
Edited because: I found Ryche playing LA, but not w/ George in any capacity. Todd La Torre is singing (which is fine- he seems to have the vocal range Geoff had in the 80s), but no Lynch and no DeGarmo? I also found Dokken shows, but SSDD: no George.
Platinum Jeff Pilson, no Jeff and no Platinum albums.
Love this version Fil but you did an awesome cover video of this song! I actually prefer your version.
Been a fan of Dokken since I saw him with Juan & Bobby before George just a trio. They played with Quiet Riot with Randy at the Starwood. If you like Jeff's vocals check out Lynch Pilson "Wicked Underground." "One Live Night" at the Strand great acoustic album.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Huh, never saw that before. George is a killer guitarist and apparently doesn't want to reveal any of his secrets.
I saw an instructional DVD of him once. He didn't go into massive detail, but if you already played it was clear and open enough to get the idea.
Way late, but I have to say that George has tutorials on this platform and Instagram. He reveals all.
Jeff is awesome
Amen!
Fin: I am neither a guitarist nor a musician of any kind. Will you do a video comparing the difficulty and necessary skill level for a band with a solo guitarist and one with both lead and rhythm? As well as the limitations, if any, for the band. Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion!
Jeff sounds awesome! And wth Don is playing bass here :) LOL
Interesting. Let’s see what tomorrow brings!
We'll see what's on the list!
I know I'll catch sh*t for this, but I've always thought Don was the weakest member of Dokken.
😂
You won't catch it from me. I've seen them a lot, and Don was the weakest member live. He can't have improved with age. Idk who is singing this weekend, but Dokken's playing in So. Cal., at a little venue- the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano. It's a cool little venue. Great White played there a lot in the 80s and 90s (and will tomorrow!)
The posters don't show George on guitar, either.
@@beachgirl4583 That's because when you're a singer your ability to sing is very much affected by aging. And at the very least his songwriting definitely improved with age.
@@spartansquid5931 he has some of the best ballads ever. In order.
In your honor.
Goodbye my friend.
Change the world.
Can you see.
Better off before.
Care for you.
Alone again.

That mans pain has always got me through mine.
As a side his later solo albums.
Hell to pay. Perhaps his best album.
Erase the slate. Totally rockin.
Long way home. Under appreciated. Sunless days . What are you looking for. Even heart full of soul kicks major ass.
I love this version, and the rest of this acoustic set as well - holds up better than some of the studio recordings, IMHO
back then Don sounded VERY good as well....Jeff has always been great at vocals and actually Mick sings on this acoustic CDTooth and Nail...both were and still are
awesome background singers......
Amen!
No need to do a video, but I can only hope you have seen Gwar's version of "Carry on Wayward Son". The lyrical re-interpretation is GOLDEN!!
Thanks for the reference! 😂
I agree Fil , Amazing Amazing Amazing !!! I think you read my mind , every time you stopped tape you made the same comments I noticed. As far as the tape slowing down during the solo , George did that on many of the Dokken videos , was he trying to hide how he played the solo so that he couldn't be copied ??? I'm diggin your videos , just noticed more of you playing Dokken songs !
Yeah love a bit of Dokken!
Well, considering he wrote the musical composition of all their hits and maybe more...
I would love for you to find some original video of UFO featuring Michael Schenker
I'll try!
Good vid! Jeff's vocals on this are outstanding. You missed showing my favourite part of his vocals on this song here: ua-cam.com/video/V95MNQ7xLrY/v-deo.html
Right on~!
🤘
Not bad. Not really a dokken fan but never the less a good jam. Remember this tune was in heavy rotation in 86. Playing is tight. Thanks FIL for the jams
No problem!
Pilson is great, but sorry Dokken's voice is Don Dokken forever...
Love your videos, Fil! I have a suggestion, you should do a video on Free, Mr Big live on the Granada tv show. It’s a great song, great band, and amazing performance, especially the guitar solo and bass solo!
Paul Kossoff is an underrated but really incredible guitarist, be nice to see your reaction to his playing and the band.
Thanks for the suggestion!
I'm pretty sure Fil did that, because I didn't hallucinate Fil saying he was doing a Mr. Big video. I thought he meant the band, not the song by Free. Want me to hunt it down, Henry Noel?
I found it, but can't copy/paste it here. Idk why. Weird. Search wingsofpegasus. It's only been up since the 11th.
One last try:

Beach Girl yeah he did do it.
This is a very interesting review. You make some very valid points about Jeff’s singing in this performance. Jeff Pilson has always had a good voice and there’s no doubt about that but what one has to remember is that Don Dokken’s voice is quite unique. If you listen to any number of the 80’s Metal bands you can find many similar styles prevalent with many singers. Once you’ve heard Dokken then there’s no mistaking it’s them. Criticism in many other comments below about Don’s vocals today are a little unfair and don’t take into account that he’s older and that age naturally affects a singers voice. Just take Whitesnake’s David Coverdale. Neither singer can hit the high notes anymore. If Dokken had been ‘Pilson’, I am certain they would have been exiled to obscurity long ago.
Yeah age is a nightmare all around! There's a reason Jeff is always hired!
I've always held Jeff in high regard as a bass player. High energy guy. I liked Don's voice years ago but he's not that great now. This is great! I knew Jeff could sing but this is top shelf. He does a great job on ' Into the Fire' as well.
Pilson is just a damn good musician overall. The fact that he can write and sing as well are most definitely factors that have helped him stay busy in the music business for decades.
It's kind of funny that the bassist is the better singer in the band. Did you know that former Yngwie Malmsteen voalist Mark Boals played bass in Dokken for a while? That guy can sing rings around Don Dokken!
Yeah Jeff is never out of work!
Hey have you checked out imperial state electric
Not yet!
I'm a huge Dokken fan, and an even bigger Lynch fan. Jeff is a killer vocalist. His BG vox are always on and they blend so well with Don's voice. Even Mick is underrated for his BG vox. To me thats what separates a good band from a great band...the ability to sing harmonies with each other and kill it. Queen, Extreme, Van Halen to an extent....great stuff. Fil, how about your take on Extreme live video at the Freddy Mercury benefit in 92"? I apologize if you've done that one already. Cheers and keep em' coming. \m/ \m/
Thanks for the suggestion!
wingsofpegasus yes please do that one!
Mark Boettcher
No band has ever covered Queen as well as Extreme did at that show. It was spot-on amazing!
Totally agree. I was floored when I watched that live on TV, Extreme killed it. Goose bumps..
Jeff sounds great.
Amen!
Pilson is ROKKEN !
Always dug Dokken, Freakin Love JP's vocals!!!!

Greath version of jeff. Dokken 4 me a greath band.
I think the best version an best reaction from a great person. The vocals the lead made you smerk -)
😂🤘
So Cool Fil! Thanks....
No problem!
Check out the new Dokken song, all original members. Yeah, Pilson sounds great here. He could take over lead vocals.
👍
No he couldn't. He may sound great here, but I couldn't even imagine his voice suiting most of the other Dokken songs.
Have you had the chance to check out the latest version of LA Guns? Phil has still got the vocals. I was really surprised but I'm disappointed they got rid of Michael Grant. He brought youth & vitality to the band. Love the tunes , "Speed" cause we wanna go fast? Right? And, the "Floods the Fault of the Rain." Would love your opinion.
Maybe I can look at them in the future!
Frustrating how clueless cameramen have always been when it comes to the solo, but here they get it right and somebody gets the bright ideal to make it slomo
Yeah they almost got it right!
HJI FIL. YOU DO A GOOD JOB DOING YOUR VIDEOS. THEY SOUND GOOD. I LIKE YOUR COVER BETTER. THE BAND IS GOOD THO DONT GET ME WRONG . YOU DO SUCH A GOOD JOB. THANKS . STAY SAFE OUT THERE . PEACE AND LOVE
actually...pilson is the original..since he and lynch wrote the song....and the demo was pilson singing to begin with..and just as awesome
Don Dokken..... was at a swag/merch table and Don walks by. Says to the guy, "make sure they are over 18". Yikes... he was creepy. Think I've read he used to drink a lot. I just never really liked the guy. He can sing okay, I guess. Wow, Jeff nailed this. Would liked to have seen George, Jeff and Mick with a different vocalist.
