Cake in just 3 minutes /coffee loaf cake with coffee cream

Hi everybody, today I'm making a very amazing cappuccino cake, this coffee cake is so aromatic and delicious also very simple to make. The ingredients are do simple that you have it all in your kitchen 😍. I hope you make this spacial coffee cake and enjoy it with your loved ones 🥰🥰.
Here's what you need:
Loaf pan size :
12 * 22 cm
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 hot milk
1 pack instant cappuccino powder
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract or sugar vanilla
1, 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sunflower oil
Bake in preheated oven at 175 degress for 45 - 55 minutes.
For coffee mascarpone cream :
100 ml heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
100 g Mascarpone cheese

Looks yummy! What is the alternative if the cheese is not available which you have used in icing?
You can substitute for cream cheese,sour cream or just use whipping cream.

Excuse me I didn't get that, this cake is oil base not butter base. We need oil in this recipe.
