Hey Everyone! Glad to see you on here!! i sure would appreciate it if you gave me a 👍 or even leave me a comment or message! And... most obviously, please Subscribe to the Channel! yall have a great day, and tight lines!!
Brand new to kayak fishing and this tip is going to make my life way easier
Great idea wish I thought of it 👍… I love fishing under bridges
Great Tool Thanks: I found for windy 10-15 mph days, I had to lengthen the rope considerably in order
to time my kayak drift to capture of the float end. This presented a problem
for me with excess rope dangling in the water from my kayak trolly system.
I would like to elimite the excess rope while utilize the kayak trollly plus get within
a foot of the bridge piling. I am considering adding a retractable cloths line spool that would
attach to the trolly. I have seen online examples of this for kayak anchor systems.
Excellent way to stay at a spot with current rippin’. Where I fish over here in east central Florida. The current is crazy at times. And the current flows north of all things. Saint John’s River. But I was wantin’ to make somethin’ out of rope to tie to a piling. This should do it. Thanks for the tutorial info brother. When you caught that drum 🥁 I thought to myself “is there black drum 🥁 in the lake where he fishes at?” But it’s a fresh water drum 🥁.
Awesome idea! Thanks.
Great video.... another good reason for a carabiner is they are quick release.... which is very critical in a kayak The bridge you were under ( pretty sure I know where) has lots of traffic and sometimes if in a kayak YOU DONT want to be hard to untie down. Once or twice I’ve been a bit concerned by wakes from thoughtless big boaters
Instead of a carabiner at the float end My rig has a big squeeze clamp ( woodworking style) so if I just want to attach to a dock or structure I can avoid tying just squeeze and attach
My anchor line has a float and carabiner at the boat end for quick release too...
Quik detachment and the float let’s me go back and find then reattach ....
Great video
Thanks for watching David!! Good to see ya.
Great video thanks for sharing
Great video. Always enjoy watching you slay those D-A-W-G-S
I'm going to make this, except I am going to us a prussik loop on the carabiner that attaches to your anchor trolley so I can set a more exact distance from the object I am tied too.
Awesome little project and tool! Thanks again Bro! 😎
Wow 66 thumbs up and 0 thumbs down😮😮😮😮😮 you caught some Hammer dawgs😁👌👌 can't wait to see the saltwater series👍👍
First time I’ve made it this far without a hater! 🤣
Good job man!!! Glad to see them stacking up on the structures
Thanks for watching MFTV
Great idea. Thanks for the video, enjoyed it.
Made one...works like a champ on the Recon 120....subbed!!!! Peace!!
Thanks AL, glad it works for ya!!
We use a little boat bumper the same way. That with the noodle is a better idea for a kayak though 👍
Just a little something, for the “new to kayaking” crowd. Super common sense, but believe it or not some people don’t think about it.
The Bridge system will work on Timber also . Nice Crappies
great tip, id go with a slipknot on the kayak side instead of carabiner, in case i get in trouble , but i usually paddle in the salt and skinny water rivers.. good video man. subscribed
great info! I made some of these but used like 3-4 noodles and it didn't work so well! Love the one noodle! Much better! Thanks!
Wooo that's some big crappie u catching nice bro
Brilliant
Thanks for the tips..!
much better than the hula hoop method
Which lake was this?
Very nice. Time to eat!
Very cool rig. I bet I could use that on my tracker instead of the Hula Hoop. BTW your kayak looks like a mini man cave, Love it!!! Of course you have that crappie magnet gift and that's what I'm missing yet. LOL. Thanks for your videos Terry.
Thanks GMan! I spend so many hours on the yak, it needs to be like a mini man cave !
Pink Pond Princess UA-cam Channel Stopped By To Say Hello 👋🏽🎣💖👸
I've been thinking of doing this exact thing after trying to toss my line over the beams under 35 bridge on Lewisville lake 🤣. Only I want to add some kind of bungie to absort the tension from boat traffic causing waves.
That’s genius!
Great video man! Gonna give this a try this weekend. Where can I get one of those stringer?
Big Dogs , bad drum lol
Couple nice ones and a ton of dinks
Another great video, thanks for the tip!!! So I made the hula hoop one that you showed how to make, do you think this would work just as good in a boat? Because sometimes it's hard to do the hula hoop by myself.
Yes it will. Some guys in boats use a dock bumper for a float.
Ok thanks for responding!! You have some great tips and are a fishing machine!!
Very nice. All white Dawgs today huh??
Yep all white cCrappie
Love that Native Slayer. Is that the slayer max 12.5 ?
Had a 2020 Max, hated it! Sold it and bought back my 2011 Slayer Propel 13. They tried to make the Slayer into a mini Titan. It’s a tank, slow bulky, also takes on too much water! Foot well is below the water line most of the time.
Do you have a recommended setting for 73sv & 93sv for CleanView and SideScan on the kayak?
I can’t find crappie :(
Find you some boat slips to fish
Can’t find no crappie to kill ;(
Find you some boat slips to fish
Who thumbs down this?
