For some reason I decided to make a bossing build for Freyna and you just put out a recent one. I didn't even know Neurotoxin Synthesis increased Room 0 Trauma damage (which it doesnt say on the description), and that weapon mods like mag size and fire rate carry over to her weapon. Thanks for this! Youre the first content creator I look for when it comes to TFD vids :)
Don't really want to waste my time investing into Freyna (or any other normal descendant for that matter) when i know that ultimate version is going to come out. So right now im just building catalysts and farming out the best reactor i can get for her so im ready to build her out when i farm her ultimate out
Same man, i just commented the same thing. When you have 100000 crystals like Moxsy it's not a problem, but when you don't..No reasons to invest time on regular chars that will eventually have an Ult and will be deleted. As you said, all we can do is prepare
Enzo is a must right now for good timed kills on gluttony, luna is way too good of a buffer to not use her and potentionali wait for YEARS or MONTHS . Yujin is way too good of a healer on gluttony to not use him for months . I know that this system is shitty, but they should just do a roadmap on the future ultimates and that would solve this. If xyz is really far away u can build it , if not wait.
Freyna is my favorite and invested already 8 catalysts on her. Really love the build. Thanks! In the mobbing build I've changed the Tech Specialist into Focus on Tech. Just spread that toxicity!
I have 280 hours ingame, always loved tactical-rifles and only used them and TC - even before the wonderful update to hold-down-m1. Been farming the Secret Garden from when I had the chance, and every day since.. Still not a single Nanotube.. 20 shape stabilizers, and I do like 8-10 morps for it daily.. Insane for a tube for a "random" weapon
The nanotube is a 10% chance only, across all amorphous, and took me 2 days of dedicated farming to get. I'm on my 3rd secret garden now and it's only as a luck side drop. Not target farming this crap ever again.

Gratz on your 3rd man, can't even imagine getting this x4. And yeah - I am using Sharen as well for extra morphs during Outposts
@IVANGUARDI I farmed 074 with Shaz, so I had plenty of stabilisers, which helped a lot when farming for it. I got it a couple of times farming for ult Lepic part without stabilisers. It's a hard drop, but it's got nothing on ult Gley 😅
I feel like for Fallen hope/freyna is that any toxic procs (regardless of it being from freyna's skill, gun, or another player) should boost the guns damage and boost freynas damage. and her passive should not require enemies to stay alive, it should build stacks and decay over time (there is a weapon mod i think that already does this in game)

Moxsy can you do a breakdown of how all the mechanics work? What the modules interact with and the terms. You always understand it better than most and do great breakdowns.
How many hours did it take to get where you are with the build? The external components only drop with defeating hard mode Colossus. That is not for the casual player.
I feel like for Freyna's Mobbing Components you would be better off just going with the full Venom Essence set for the constant +7% Skill Power Modifier, or the full Slayer set for the flat 26% skill damage bonus. Giving up either of those for 5% skill duration just isnt worth it.
Like Moxsy already said many times, shields are 100% useless in almost any scenarios and 2 by 2 sets of Venom and Annihilation sets works best because you get HP and DEF more that way. In the end, it actually is up to you how you wanna play the game, you can use full set of Venom to your interests, just that Moxsy is showing min-max setup for Freyna out on the internet and everyone can copy pasta his build no problem. For Slayer set, he kept the full set for Bossing only. I run Gley Massacre build with Slayer and I tell you, it's gives you damage but pray that the boss is staggered early on or is not targetting you otherwise you will be hugging the floor instantly 😂.
in combat mana regen is fine and dandy the problem comes when u get hit by a mob and the "in combat regen" turns off,its worded poorly again. so when your being hit thers no passiv mana regen whatever you do

Have they confirmed what the changes are going to be for next season regarding socketing mods? I feel like there are 3 options. 1. They could leave the sockets the way they are now and we can change the ones we want to by leveling up again 2. They could clear the sockets for the other settings and make us start from scratch, or 3. They could see that we already used the catalysts in one setting and give us the option to set the other ones the way we want to Have they said anything about how exactly it would work in season 1? Want to get a head start and level some of my ultimate characters that have bossing and mobbing capabilities like Valby and Gley, but don’t want to grind until I know what’s coming
They have gave us a little insight of this. "Rest assured; we aim to support build diversity in a more user-friendly manner. If you prefer to use the same socket type across Loadout Pages 1, 2, and 3, your current setup will remain unchanged. Socket type assignments will only be required if you want different socket types for each loadout." -Dev Note vol.11
I suppose you get to choose which sockets you want to keep for each loadout simply because of Trasn Mods. Allowing to switch whichever socket you want for that loadout while keeping everything you have for the other loadouts. And for Loadout 3 you get to choose which of the previous 2 sockets you want on that particular slot. I suppose it will still cost you a catalyst tho.
I love Freyna! She was the first descendant I always used until I got my first ultimate descendant. I can't wait for her ultimate version and the new skins wink wink
@@vradarx in other games there isn't such a big difference between best and 2nd best. Also, if farming wasn't 90% of the game, it would be tolerable. But if everyone uses the same character to farm for 90% of the game, then it's just bad design
It's not bunny perse and more because enemies die just by breathing on them. What's the point of a DOT that will deal a total of 10m damage in the span of 10 seconds if the mob has 10k hp?
I played Freyna for a long time and I can honestly say that, crit damage is not a viable option even for bossing. 5% base crit rate is not worth investing on it. But what comes may with Freyna rework, I hope this gets changed.
Personally if she played more like technomancer from Outriders then I would love her even more. Though the devs are scared of power fantasy plus I feel like she would kill the game. If you played outriders then you'll understand.
for me i would prefer a low CD ult for freyna rather than pump as much dmg as you can in 1 go, coz by the look of it we will be getting more group focused boss battle rather than solo ones so having a balance build is much better than pure dmg build, we have lepic and gley for solo already i think thats enough
Hate this type of builds with low survivability and that tactic of dying in order to reset the cooldowns. I really hope she will get more love and her transcendent mods will be huge. Looking forward to play and build this venomous queen.
To be fair he did the best with what was available. If he decided to put on a few mods with more survivability, moxsy would be sacrificing a little more damage and aoe. Not to say it couldnt have been better but moxsy himself said this was more of an informational video rather than an actual build video.
Hi, Im a bit confused, when watching your explanation of the build, you hovered over Fryna's one and four skill but the skill powewr had gone red and was a lower number, is this worse or better than being green?
Hey Mox i see so many Lepics in pub intercepts using his big dmg ult build, when it's best for solo bosses and in most cases only makes the boss insta enrage because most ppl don't have it fully min maxed (tbf the build req hyper investment to be good in coop) Or the players die constantly because it's a glass cannon meant for 1 phasing. So i was wondering if you would show a different Lepic build that's more viable/less toxic for group play. Maybe consider his Tank/weapon platform build that uses his red mod Power Unit Charge. it's very slept on and i haven't seen anyone on yt post it. Power unit charge gives +52% weapon attk dmg Walk a tightrope gives +30% Annihilation set gives +26% Conditional recharge lets you proc all three at once just toss both nade, then activate your 2 skill before shooting. A Cooldown/ Duration Reactor + MP conversion + Max duration + Skill extension will give you 100% uptime at 11 sec loops. You can proc your 2 skill and shoot 2 mags of gregs, or 1 mag of Enduring (default mag size + sharp prec shot), then reload and repeat. You have 30-40 seconds of insane dps before HP gets low, at which point most bosses should be dead or changing into immune phase and that's your time to heal However since you don't need any more dmg or QoL mods imo you can use 2 HP and 2 DEF mods to sit comfortably at 70k DEF and 20k HP (10k HP when damage boosts are active) This is very comfy for a character doing over +100% dmg with guns. For the last slot, Shot focus if it works with the other dmg mods? I don't have it yet to test so i have been using the 4 different ult resist mods since they are all A slots. I switch to the element resist i'm going against. I also have element resist on all my components since this build doesn't need any of the recovery modifier rolls. 10/10 build it's one of my favs. If you make a vid on this no need to give credit... All i want is to see more coop friendly lepics in pubs :)
Oh also Lepics in pubs always jump off the edge to rest ult CD which is a toxic playstyle. But you get the point the community needs a healthier lepic build and you're the one to make it popular
Problem with Lepics in pubs is they toss out their 4 expecting it to do anything to the boss. I use the Lepic nuke setup, you need to break a part for a knockdown or you're just ruining the fight for everyone. Several times I'll grapple the part and somebody will break it with their gun and then there's no knockdown which ruins the whole rotation. Running the build in pubs with no communication is next to impossible if everyone isn't miraculously on the same wavelength. I was just looking into a heavily gun oriented Lepic similar to what you're going for here because devs want to push a shadow nerf on skill nukes going forward. Need a back-up plan so I can still use my heavily invested character without being a throw.
@@xfayrin8977 Agree 100%. I'm excited for the update to have different cat slots on each module tab so i can make the build mentioned without gutting my solo boss build. Was able to test it but don't have room for the HP/DEF mods til then. The damage was very satisfying tho i really enjoyed it and had some great pub clears even while being squishy
I think I’m done for a bit. I don’t like ultimate descendants. I have three maxed normal descendants because I have not had time to farm ultimates. But with a maxed freyna I’m bummed I have to start all the way over. My base freyna should be worth something.
I honestly feel the same way. This is why i hope used catalyst and activators on old descendants should be refunded or something. I already invested quite a bit into her. What can help the players is if they show a time frame when a descendant gets an ultimate so players can farm efficiently.
even when ultimate comes out normal freyna might still be good too though. Only thing that might make her somewhat underpowered is if she gets a busted ultimate only red mod. Red mods are the only thing that makes ultimate's special really, aside from slightly higher defense or health.
I’m still getting melted on normal mode even though I’ve already beaten the campaign. What do I need to have stat wise to stay alive longer? Higher defense, shield, HP?
Moxsy said why. "There's only so much power you can put to buff her 4th before you run out of options, and QOL mods won't boost it's damage." so liking it or not, both crit and crit damage mods buff her 4th. mine for example does sometimes crit for 1.3m with Luna's buff. The overall purpose of this build is to magdump the boss and kill it in 89 rounds or less.
I guess I missed it. Is the Albion Calvary Gun what should be used for the 4 then? He talks about how Secret Garden doesn't help the 4 skill, but in his showcase video he uses Albion. But then he never talks about the gun itself, and only briefly shows it at the end of the video and talks about what mods to use in general? So not sure where I missed this part of the video, but great stuff as always otherwise.
Mods that give ammo, because her four gets more shots with more ammo, also short precision shot/ firing fiesta (your choice). Also a roll for max ammo capacity on your gun helps. This is if you’re just using the gun for her four and not to actually shoot the gun for damage
If you have the Albion maxout the recoil is at 0% if i look at your main stats - you got a negative -0.12% recoil roll. what do you recommend as god roll for this weapon.
i got a question is tech a sub stat? because in your skill sheet skill modifier is not going up? Same with mine i add more tech modifier and not going in the green???
How do you report a bugged drop rate? I've run Amorphous 99 about 45 times trying to get the Ultimate Bunny Stabilizer which should drop at a 10% chance. Haven't gotten one yet. I also have run Echo Swamp Defend mission and farmed about 15 of the related amorphous but at 3% I'm not to worried about that one. To be honest, it feels that as you get closer to a potential "pay for it instead" descendant, they drop the rates even more so we shell out cash. Unless this is a legit bug, in which case I should be credited at least one stabilizer, no? Thanks guys!
If you hate tapping to burst guys remember go to options>gameplay>control methods on the bottom and put change fire mode to on 😊

They should have an option to upgrade your descendant when you unlock the ultimate version

Simple tip : u can use Afterglow to measure range between mobs... So the effective range between the 2 mobs in your lab is about 19-20M

Think there is a better amorphous for the drop chance. I've got two complete builds farming for other items.

I know im probably late but mp collector does NOT effect your passive only orbs. You need mp recovery MODIFIER mods

they're worth it the grind isnt that bad if you enjoy the game freyna is great but they're much more powerful in terms of how they can be built

Most important thing to know for new Freyna players: do everything you can to increase skill power modifier

Hi, Im a bit confused, when watching your explanation of the build, you hovered over Fryna's one and four skill but the skill powewr had gone red and was a lower number, is this worse or better than being green?

Hey Mox i see so many Lepics in pub intercepts using his big dmg ult build, when it's best for solo bosses and in most cases only makes the boss insta enrage because most ppl don't have it fully min maxed (tbf the build req hyper investment to be good in coop) Or the players die constantly because it's a glass cannon meant for 1 phasing.
So i was wondering if you would show a different Lepic build that's more viable/less toxic for group play. Maybe consider his Tank/weapon platform build that uses his red mod Power Unit Charge. it's very slept on and i haven't seen anyone on yt post it.
Power unit charge gives +52% weapon attk dmg
Walk a tightrope gives +30%
Annihilation set gives +26%
Conditional recharge lets you proc all three at once just toss both nade, then activate your 2 skill before shooting.
A Cooldown/ Duration Reactor + MP conversion + Max duration + Skill extension will give you 100% uptime at 11 sec loops. You can proc your 2 skill and shoot 2 mags of gregs, or 1 mag of Enduring (default mag size + sharp prec shot), then reload and repeat. You have 30-40 seconds of insane dps before HP gets low, at which point most bosses should be dead or changing into immune phase and that's your time to heal
However since you don't need any more dmg or QoL mods imo you can use 2 HP and 2 DEF mods to sit comfortably at 70k DEF and 20k HP (10k HP when damage boosts are active) This is very comfy for a character doing over +100% dmg with guns.
For the last slot, Shot focus if it works with the other dmg mods? I don't have it yet to test so i have been using the 4 different ult resist mods since they are all A slots. I switch to the element resist i'm going against. I also have element resist on all my components since this build doesn't need any of the recovery modifier rolls.
10/10 build it's one of my favs. If you make a vid on this no need to give credit... All i want is to see more coop friendly lepics in pubs :)
Oh also Lepics in pubs always jump off the edge to rest ult CD which is a toxic playstyle. But you get the point the community needs a healthier lepic build and you're the one to make it popular
Problem with Lepics in pubs is they toss out their 4 expecting it to do anything to the boss. I use the Lepic nuke setup, you need to break a part for a knockdown or you're just ruining the fight for everyone.
Several times I'll grapple the part and somebody will break it with their gun and then there's no knockdown which ruins the whole rotation. Running the build in pubs with no communication is next to impossible if everyone isn't miraculously on the same wavelength.
I was just looking into a heavily gun oriented Lepic similar to what you're going for here because devs want to push a shadow nerf on skill nukes going forward. Need a back-up plan so I can still use my heavily invested character without being a throw.
@@xfayrin8977 Agree 100%. I'm excited for the update to have different cat slots on each module tab so i can make the build mentioned without gutting my solo boss build. Was able to test it but don't have room for the HP/DEF mods til then. The damage was very satisfying tho i really enjoyed it and had some great pub clears even while being squishy

probably ult freyna will get a TM that 5x her ult damage, and she becomes best boss killer in the game
Once you buy a catalyst slot you should be able to change it at will.
Without neurotoxin synthesis how do I kill hard mode bosses? I need to kill dead bride a few thousand times.
I think I’m done for a bit. I don’t like ultimate descendants. I have three maxed normal descendants because I have not had time to farm ultimates. But with a maxed freyna I’m bummed I have to start all the way over. My base freyna should be worth something.
I honestly feel the same way. This is why i hope used catalyst and activators on old descendants should be refunded or something. I already invested quite a bit into her. What can help the players is if they show a time frame when a descendant gets an ultimate so players can farm efficiently.
even when ultimate comes out normal freyna might still be good too though. Only thing that might make her somewhat underpowered is if she gets a busted ultimate only red mod. Red mods are the only thing that makes ultimate's special really, aside from slightly higher defense or health.

I’m still getting melted on normal mode even though I’ve already beaten the campaign. What do I need to have stat wise to stay alive longer? Higher defense, shield, HP?
I wish ultimates didn't count as a new character v a conversion.
What additional stats are we looking for, for the mobbing and bossing components? I don't think you mentioned about them.
What sub stats would be ideal on the secret garden to go for? since its probably used mostly for mobbing correct?
dont think the mana thing is a bug when you get hit, i think it just counts as "in combat"

Why do we put crit on freyna even if she has a 5% base crit? Am i missing something like a hidden mechanic or something?
Moxsy said why. "There's only so much power you can put to buff her 4th before you run out of options, and QOL mods won't boost it's damage." so liking it or not, both crit and crit damage mods buff her 4th. mine for example does sometimes crit for 1.3m with Luna's buff. The overall purpose of this build is to magdump the boss and kill it in 89 rounds or less.

I guess I missed it. Is the Albion Calvary Gun what should be used for the 4 then? He talks about how Secret Garden doesn't help the 4 skill, but in his showcase video he uses Albion. But then he never talks about the gun itself, and only briefly shows it at the end of the video and talks about what mods to use in general?

Mods that give ammo, because her four gets more shots with more ammo, also short precision shot/ firing fiesta (your choice). Also a roll for max ammo capacity on your gun helps. This is if you’re just using the gun for her four and not to actually shoot the gun for damage
I put 4 catalysts into freyna and she just needed at least 2 plus more to be good.
I'm sad to start over with her ultimate version, but oh well.
They should absolutely let us fuse our ultimate descendants into a regular one.

If you have the Albion maxout the recoil is at 0% if i look at your main stats - you got a negative -0.12% recoil roll. what do you recommend as god roll for this weapon.

i got a question is tech a sub stat? because in your skill sheet skill modifier is not going up? Same with mine i add more tech modifier and not going in the green???
How do you report a bugged drop rate? I've run Amorphous 99 about 45 times trying to get the Ultimate Bunny Stabilizer which should drop at a 10% chance. Haven't gotten one yet. I also have run Echo Swamp Defend mission and farmed about 15 of the related amorphous but at 3% I'm not to worried about that one. To be honest, it feels that as you get closer to a potential "pay for it instead" descendant, they drop the rates even more so we shell out cash. Unless this is a legit bug, in which case I should be credited at least one stabilizer, no? Thanks guys!
I wonder if Sharp Precision Shot would work on Secret Garden to allow Freyna's ultimate to shot faster??
