I live in Scarborough and many years ago lived in Eastfield where this development is happening and I must admit was sad to see this development as I used to walk my dog up there and along the path towards the mere. Since he died I can’t go up there, too many memories. Now the development is well and truly going strong my opinion has changed for the better and Keepmoat have another development at the other side of Scarborough going towards Scalby. It’s about time Scarborough got a mention in these property shows,, great video.
We thought it was a fantastic part of the country. Great location and next we visit Bridlington!

Loved it! Say you offered a counselling service, you could use that foyer space as your room with 2 chairs and it's cosy enough not to be intimidating. They could use the downstairs loo before going upstairs. I've got it all worked out! 🥰❤

Hello to you both, havent seen you for a while. As much as i liked this house, it wouldnt be for me as its over 3 floors ... too many stairs!
Rooms are so small, might be because things are different in the states.

Its a nice surprisingly place. But the desk in the kitchen is too small in my opinion. Is it standard in britain to have the washingmaschine in the kitchen? Is the furniture included? In the mainbathroom you can hide your lover.😂😂😂

didn't care for the entryway......and the loo right at the door? the kitchen was very nice, but the lounge/living room so dark! did like the "nook" going into the master... as to the master bedroom.....it's very beautiful, but (to me) it screamed "fire trap". fire on the stairs....I would definitely have a rope ladder!!!! enjoyed your tour, just not impressed with this house. usually I LOVE the houses.
