- Team DFS and I installed this succulent garden four years ago!
Our client, Jane, has done a great job maintaining it, but felt it needed a whip and a chair.
In one day, we set it back to perfection.
Enjoy this transformation!
You are so right…the garden has sophistication now. Laura gives birth and rebirth to awesome installations!
So much to learn from this garden project. Another field master class by Laura and team DFS who work like an orchestra playing a symphony.
Love how you moved the cactus with the towel. Also, love the aloe in the gorgeous orange pot.
So distracted by the fine specimen that is Luke! Thanks for the camera angles, Hannah 🤭❤️
Eye candy is ALWAYS good!😘
Work it, LUKE!! 💚
The before and after change is like night and day!!! Everything is tidied up and beautiful 🤩
What a beautiful hair cut you gave the Tonga tree. This is a
gorgeous trim DFS team
👍🌵
That little truck would b so cute with a load of lava or a piece of boulder in it. "Haulin" a load.
that looks fantastic!! love it! 😍
Looks almost new and just so much better! What beautiful work. So much cleaning and its so worth it
That guy that picked up that plant was a good looking man 👍
Looks so put together again . Great job team DFS 😍❤️🌵
I am in LOVE with that superbum, gorgeous purple shading!
Wow! So beautiful! Love the cleanup....lol!! I feel like I helped too!!! Just so nice to see full grown plants! Well done team!!!!
This looks so much prettier as it matured! Nice job guys.
Beautiful job. It looked pretty good before you started. But, afterwards....wow!
Suuuch a beautiful garden!! I loved how you made it born again! Also, you mentioned that you don't mess with sand and fireglass and i love when you work that way so much!! It's so special and beautiful!!
I love this garden! Perfection!
Wow, Laura--I love seeing how you take care of these gardens with maintenance--so inspiring. And I have to say when I first started watching your videos I really didn't understand why you liked the Alluaudia procera, but now I'm obsessed and want one, lol!! So thanks for that😅They are crazy cool. 😁😍
Wow what a Difference so clean, good job guys. 👏👏👏❤️
I am from South Africa and love to follow you on your succulent journey. A plant that I have not yet seen in your gardens is the blue chalk succulent (Curio Repens), or am I just unobservant. It is an easy growing plant that gives lovely blue colour highlights in the garden. Please give it some thought.
The alluaudia is so gorgeous🤩
What a nice variety and it looks very artistic.
Beautiful recreation!
I am starting to think the rock hugged by plants is a DFS signature, and I love it. Not sure it could be possible because of irrigation needs, but some plants tucked into dry stack crevices would be uuuuhhhh!
Also, anyone know if A. Blue Glow pup? My building just installed about 40 of then around the leading office... And I'm going to be eyeing them for pups that need, erm, "adopting." If you catch my drift...
🤣😉
Really looks beautiful. 💚
Hi Laura, please ask Greg to demonstrate how to convert the regular sprinklers to subterranean drip/spray. Thank you
omg has this grown!!!
Olá nossa que jardim lindo ai ninguem meche nas plantinhas ? Aqui onde moro se deixar uma planta perto da grade amanhã só tá o vazo as pessoas pegam ..parabéns pelo jardim muito lindo
Thanks!
Love all your work
Tell us more about the master gardener in balboa park. I’m starting my desert 🌵 Garden and can use all the sales 😬
More aloe mite... ugh. It is very disturbing to me how quickly it made its way across the country. Luckily, I have not seen it in my collection but I have seen it at the store. I told them about it and how harmful it is but I doubt they cared.
More cotyledon varieties would have done well here, also more aeonium, or even some dyckia.
That alluaudia is spectacular! I would love to have a thick stalk!
🙋
Looks fab! Wondering why you’re no longer using fire glass, wet look 2000? Any particular reason other than it being pricey?
ooo sinner luke hot
Beautiful!!! Just curious....has anyone heard lately where Cullen may be? He was always a regular on team DFS.
Out of town
Do you not use kreva and wetlook 2000 anymore ?
Is that a euphorbia lactea crest?
Can you show us how to limb up a Dasylerion?
First!
Is there any systemic treatment for Aloe mite…?
From watching your videos the aloes seem to be the ones who always have mites or some kind of damage.I like them but have no luck keeping them alive especially aloe vera.
7th 😋
How do you spell “creva”? Cannot find anything like it. What is it?
Why would the neighbors put up a fence in her way
Not a slavery expression being used “whip and chair”… let’s do better with our words
Not sure why you bought this up. Everyone knows it's a circus thing, or lion tamer expression.
It’s fabulous everything you did to tidy up garden makes a big difference you really are number one 🦘🐨❤️
The garden looks so much better! The boulders you used are lovely. I'm not big on rocks but for some reason these just spoke to me.
