You have more space to work at the bottom of the fan instead the sides or top. It took me 3 mins to change it. Also, it is easier to work on the opposite side of the tractor. Thanks for your video!!

I'm at 210 hours on my CK3510. I'll have to check my belt and get a spare. With the warranty, I should probably get the OEM belt.
I love my Kioti...so much that I could not have done on my off grid place without it.
I'm very glad that you shared this! Thank you

I have a little over 1500 hours on my New Holland belt, and have noticed a few small cracks. So I'm going to replace it, your video helped. Ty

Good informative video. Having to replace belt on my Kubota MX5000. Similar situation. Approx 650 hours on original belt.

I noticed the belt slipping/squealing on my Kioti NX5510 recently. Like you I’m new to tractors. I had come to the conclusion I had to slip it around the fan to replace it but thought…there has to be an easier way. Guess not, thanks for the vid and confirming my suspicions

Great video. Either belt will be fine. I keep a spare on hand for my CK3510 but have not had to change it yet (3 years and 250 hours of use).

That particular belt on my CK3510SE has always been useless. It continually stretches, requiring tightening again to keep the fan running (as well as alternator, ac, etc.). I ran out of adjustment area so now the belt needs to be replaced. The larger belt has the same issue, but not as bad. My Kioti only has 40 hours on it and both belts useless from the poor quality and stretching. I would never buy a belt from Kioti because of this issue. I think you made the right choice.

Thanks. I went through 2 belts and this last one has lasted since I posted the video.

Replace your belts often with highest quality possible. I had a cheap vbelt slip and break then cost me a radiator 900 bucks! Dk 50 Kioti

I just bought a fan belt for a Kubota MX5000 from the Kubota dealership and the price for that belt, which is just like what is on it was $11.00. So, saying, i would trust the dealership as Amazon.

I bought mine from a fan belt wholesale dealer. Probably where the dealerships get theirs.

I have a 2022 CK4010se with 300 hours. The OEM belt is squealing at startup then goes away. Do I just need to tighten to tension to get the squeal to go away?

@BossSwanger Difficult to say without seeing it. You might need to tighten by adjusting the alternator. However, it could mean the belt is stretched and you may need a new belt.

@technical kheti, check description for timestamps to get info you need and leave the rest. I tend to get philosophical, which equals long winded. The timestamps are for those viewers who want specific information only and could care less about the rest. Check for timestamps on other videos you watch on UA-cam in the video descriptions. Enjoy.
