How functional is the (tennis) ball machine mode for machine play with pickleballs? I could see the benefit of having this data from sessions with my Titan. Thanks!

Hey Kevin! I haven’t tried it out for pickleball but I’ll give it a test run. (I’d guess it’s pretty irrelevant because tennis is trained on a completely different sized court)

Nice video. The biggest issue I found w the swing stick is that it is hard to adjust the down angle when you set it up. There is no knob to make adjustments from down low, so it takes some tedious trial and error to set up the camera. This is especially true because I use Android and Swing Vision doesn't yet support feeding the video to an Android watch (or other screen, or line calling, for that matter). I play at different courts w different setups, and I find it awkward to ask everyone to wait 5-or-more minutes while I bring the pole up and down numerous times to test and adjust the recording angle. Definitely promising tech, and better for Apple than Android at the moment.

This is the reality with any recording device unfortunately. if you want a high angle you have to take it down a couple of times to adjust. When I film at tournaments I set it up once and then mark the angle + tighten the knob really tight and I’ve never had a problem with slippage.

Sounds great except the courts I usually play at is multi purpose. I wonder if the courts with lines drawn for different games will be a challenge for this

Great point! I haven’t tested it on multi lined courts but I bet it would have trouble.
