Starting tomorrow (today when i wake up) I promise myself, to let go. I will stop thinking this much, and just start doing, and being myself, no matter what. I will not be inside of my mind worrying about what other people think anymore, and i will begin to live this way. hopefully i'll learn. and beat my fears.

It wouldn’t hurt me either to learn to stop thinking a lot and just do it, as well as go to bed early. society (in particular school and my former friends, who betrayed me and in the end I was left alone) completely killed my psyche, because of which I could simply stay up half the night delving into my thoughts, and I still do this to this day... you're right, dude

@@jordanwoods57 for some reason i think those are the two biggest things, i don't think overthinking is normal neither comes from a good place, it detaches you from reality and puts u on a defensive mindset always.
as for sleep it's so hard but i'm sure we are gonna make it no matter what. i wish you and all here best of luck in their journey

Truly gorgeous and hypnotically chilled out. It's odd too isn't it, how ambience like this sort of speaks to the subconscious in us, because in a strange way, it's like you know that although Silent Hill's chock full of terrifying, awful horrors, there's also an incredibly soothing beauty in it's never ending gloomy atmosphere, which you can so easily get enveloped in. Deep down we all seek out comfort, sometimes it's just in weird ways or places. Nothing wrong with weird. 😅😊🥰
