- For anyone new to the game who wants to play a more combo oriented deck, this is the perfect starting point! Not only is it fun to play, but it's also extremely budget. Your opponents gonna wish they had bug spray when you start spamming the field with all of your insects!

Gokipole is a strange card, because it's a combo piece you only need as a one-of, but it can also be a starter so you might want to play it as a three-of like they do in the OCG because of Tear. However, what's even stranger is the garnet you could play to get the most of it, because I too tried to push on consistency by cutting it but, when I ended up playing competitively, I actually missed it so much that I had to put it back in. At worst, it still makes count so it isn't not that bad if the rest of the deck is well built. At best, it's a non-targeting removal your opponent might not expect, as well as the best card to side-off after G1. On the contrary, I think Scary Moth is better as a card to side-in when you think you are gonna go first against swarming decks, otherwise it's just a brick. Finally, Bio-insect Armor isn't useful at all actually, and the same is kinda true for Antlion which isn't even searchable, but I love them for their nostalgic reference.

I am running a similar build with 3 Krawler Soma and 2 lvl 2 krawlersas additional extenders getting 3 bodies for BOM'ing one of your insects. I have been thinking of Baby spiders and Mother spiders which can run the 3 number spiders (not the rank 4) also having multiple lvl 4 insects you could run Guard Mantis's and traptrix spell to discard a level 4 insects/plant or normal trap to draw 2. I don't own 3 copies of pot of prosperity so I don't run them but they'd be silly in this deck
Those all sound like cool ideas!! I did consider the krawlers but you really only want to draw soma. The other 2 krawlers don't feel great to draw.

I wrote the deck on EDOpro while listening and I'm counting 42 cards in the main . I don't think I added a card xD. But nonetheless it's a pretty list I like it :P
It's definitely 41. I'd recheck your counts. Maybe you're running 3 of something that's just a 2 of perhaps. I'm glad you like the list. It's pretty consistent!

you should play dream cicada its a good card u can special summon if u have an attack position monster and you can cahnge battle position of 1 mosnter on summon so u can use it on cicada king

Is this deck viable for competitive ?
Yea. I think it has success at a local level setting. Anything beyond really depends on the current format. Right now there's a lot of variety in top cut so this deck could shine.

A good List that actually uses Saturnas? Beats almost every rogue deck and some meta decks (post agov)
instant fusion is banned in masterduel do you have replacements for that and the saturnas?
Yes, honestly you could run whatever you'd like in that slot. Maybe another copy of the beetrooper spell that produces a token. And as far as the Saturnas slot in the extra that can be taken by anything else as well. Feel free to experiment.
Would Beetrooper Landing be a decent replacement for Instant Fusion@@Nickscruiser ?
@wyspreegamings6380 beetrooper landing unfortunately is more of a brick. It's just negs too hard to go for a fusion that in the grand scheme isn't all that important.
I’ve played this deck since DAMA debuted them, it’s been one great extra deck payoff from being meta, yknow, since DAMA lmao

Don't see too many 60 card builds nowadays. I'm intrigued.
