You need better instructions on assembling the face and dials for the Redondo with rotary knobs. The instructions you sent me when I called started the steps with the face and buttons already on and this was the most challenging part. I tried to assemble it using photos online and still ended up having to take the entire thing back apart and cut the metal brackets and start over. When it’s a customer car, that adds time and labor.

I want to put one in a Jeep Patriot. Will the buttons on the steering wheel still work?

No it will not, since our radios are developed mostly for vehicles manufacturing before steering wheel buttons were available we did not include that technology in our units.

Your brackets are very flimsy! You need to have heavier gauge steel for your brackets!

Slow down, and you won't be mounting the front face upside-down!
