There was an issue with the music we used during the egg segment where UA-cam says the music is licensed and cannot be used in my video (though we have checked and it was ok to use). Unfortunately we have to mute that portion, i'm sorry!
Hey Lisa, just wanted to tell you that my husband soaks the ribs in vinegar and water for about 15 to 20 minutes before removing the membrane and it comes off much easier.
I love that you explain how to use the Instant Pot, rather than just showing us the recipes. Thank you.
I totally agree about your Zuppa Toscana soup. Only difference I do is I use Italian sausage. When I made it last week my husband said it was the best soup I’d ever made!! We’ve been married 50+ years, so that’s quite a compliment!!
Your recipes are fantastic!! I appreciate all the hard work you’ve put into your recipes. I’m low carb (almost KETO) I’d love to see more recipes that concentrate on this good preference. (No taters/pasta/beens). Thanks!!
My daughter is allergic to dairy, so I use full fat coconut milk whenever heavy cream is called for. It works great.
I went ahead and ordered your NEW book. However, the UA-cam code doesn’t work. When you try and use it. You get a message that says it’s EXPIRED! Even without the working, I’m still very excited to get your book. And so proud and excited for you getting another 📕 out to those of us who love your recipes and our InstaPots!
Dear Lisa, you are an amazing teacher & cook making wonderful recipes & explaining the process. Love your language, like, "suck the yummy bits from the bottom" & "bacon & cheese are measured by love" (i normally double both) so you are speaking my language 😋 ❤.
For the people having trouble ordering the book. Apparently there are technical issues & the UA-cam code isn't working (I'm viewing at 14 hours out) you can still order the book inside the website (the link takes you there) you will see a picture of the new book, click on it & voila its there. I successfully ordered the book...😊Hope this helps
There seems to be an issue with your audio on the hard boiled egg recipe. From about 8:30 to 10:00 there is no audio. Your source video for this segment has no issues.
I was checking to see if my headphones gave out. Everything went quiet.
I love the tips though. This is the way I always cook my boiled eggs and they turn out great!
I've had that problem too - no sound for about a minute and a half during the hard boiled egg recipe..
I had the same issue with sound.
Chapters aren't showing up for me (if there are any). But this type of video would be great with chapters to find something again.
Agree. I didn’t want to watch 40+ minutes on recipes I knew I wouldn’t like, but I wanted to watch the short videos of the ones I was interested in.
Lisa, I just had to tell you! I made your recipe for Spicy Pinto beans in my 3 quart Instant Pot last night (I doubled the recipe from your “I Love My instant Pot “ Cooking For One)…it was so GOOD!!! This morning, I fried some up for eggs, bacon and crisp corn tortillas with the beans made into frijoles… 😱😱…Keeper all the way!!! Thank you!

I believe it’s only in the book, but I’ll try to list it out for you: Pressure cook 65 min with a 10 min Natural Release …
1/2 cup dried pinto beans, rinsed
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tablespoon chopped green chilies (I didn’t use)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 bay leaf
1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon salt
I doubled the recipe…Kudos to Lisa!…the cookbook is great also…

Love my Instant Pot. I make your Cranberry Relish recipe at least a couple times a year. It is delicious on vanilla ice cream too.
Love the look of your zuppa Tuscana recipie as it doesn't call for sun-dried tomatoes, which I never have.
I find using the air fryer to be much faster for boiling eggs.
13 mins on 130 degrees Celsius and done. You could also go for 12 mins or even less to have a runny yolk.
You could also dunk the eggs straight into cold tap water to stop them from getting over cooked after.
I made the potato soup with regular potatoes and we loved it. Tyvm.

Wow your recipes sound and look great! My family loves deviled eggs so I will definitely be trying your method. The potato soup and Toscana soup sound wonderful. I will be using Italian sausage. Our supermarket makes its own and it is excellent. They also make chorizo too. I will be using spinach since that is what I have on hand instead of kale

I wondered how you know how much liquid to add into a recipe…what is the minimum so that it works, but without risking a really watery dish? I’m thinking about curries, bolognese etc. and want to get the balance right. Thank you!
If you find an instant pot recipe for what you’re wanting to make, it will tell you how much water. Good luck!

Here’s a tip on peeling boiled eggs, crack, the shell as much as you can all the way around roll it between your palms like you’re making a dough ball and the shell will slide right off. Also, your sound went out at eight minutes and 24 seconds and came back on at 10 minutes and 24 seconds.

The alfredo was DELICIOUS, but I wish you would have indicated in your video or transcript how many servings this would make. We have 2 teens and ourselves, and we should have doubled the recipe.

Without the chapters to find each recipe in this video, it loses its value as a utility
Your sound quit at the egg taste test.
I don't know what's going on with this video but when you do the eggs there's no volume you can't hear anything and then some of the chapters aren't even showing up so if you edited this video you did a very bad job
I used to really like this channel but now it's just ad after ad for the books. Moving on to another channel..
Some of us that don’t get a chance to watch all of her videos would have missed out on knowing about the book. Or the current sale. I think she should be proud of her book and mentioning it for less than 30 seconds doesn’t bother most of us one bit. But, thanks for announcing your departure.
She just self published her own cookbook. If she doesn't promote it nobody will. You should be congratulating her not complaining.

It's a free video. That's pretty considerate. It takes very little investment in time and energy to scroll from one recipe to another.
