My husband noticed my hair was evenly cut, and asked me who was cutting it. I hated to ask him to cut mine after he came home from a very busy day at work, so I bought a Flowbee. After I told him, I started cutting his hair too. He noticed because he had been an extremely successful barber for many years. After 45 years he retired. I'm still cutting his and mine and I'm on my second machine. The vac pulls the hair up straight, and all the clippings go into the bag. Clean, fast, easy. You aren't exactly cutting it with the vac, as jokes would have you believe. Not everyone can afford the kind of stylists Anderson has, he creeps me out.
Flowbe is a quality product. It will do a presison cut. All of your hair will be cut the same exact length. I have curley, wavy hair that I would cut myself cause everytime the hairdresser cut it they would just chop it off. They think I could not tell that is lopsided and uneven. They really didnt care if it come out wrong. With flowbe I don't worry about that any more. Should have bought it back in the 70's when it first came out.
I love Anderson's dichotomy. He ducks bullets in war zones and reports bravely from brutally scary places. Yet he has never looked more terrified than when Kyra came after his chest hair with that Flowbee. LOL! Thanks for the laughs!
We have 2020 !!!! and I still use the flowbee! !!!! Look for other flowbee videos of HONEST Users on UA-cam !!!! Not so **** like them who making fun about this GREAT invention !
My comment wasn't to complain that they didn't promote the product, I was just astounded by their behavior, ignoring what that guy Kevin said and that Kyra actually insulted him when he came up, he responded nicely by joking along. When I'm presented with something new, even if I think it's funny I give it some thought. Anyway I don't spend my time bashing people, and I'm not taking it so seriously, I just prefer to see people being more considerate.
I bought my Flowbee in approximately 2008?? I love it. I’ve got naturally curly hair and I like to keep it short. Not only can I cut it all one length around the top, I can also cut a wedge shaped around the back and sides to taper it to my neck. I tried to cut a neighbours hair with the Flowbee, however, her hair was very coarse and wiry and the vacuum cleaner just did not suck it into the shears well enough.
I prefer my Flowbee to my high-end Wahl clippers. Flowbee is ... faster ... easier ... cleaner. No clippings get scattered, because they automatically get sucked into the vacuum. As for tapering on sides & back ... yes, of course you can. Just change length of "spacers" attached to the head of the Flowbee, so it cuts at different lengths. Also use the angled "feet", which work much the same as angled guide combs on a high-end set of clippers used in hair styling salons. Flowbee provides a careful, high-quality haircut, that only takes 10 minutes, without making appointments, leaving home, or paying anyone.
Wow the one person there that knew how to use it praised it and the two that asked for his opinion just treated him like shit! That bitch opens by insulting his hair, and Anderson clearly could not follow directions if they were written out at a 3rd reading level. Product is great btw... I am sickened by the way they bashed it rather than actually looking at it on the man's head, and the way they treated the man like crap for trying to demo it for them. I hope he quit that job and found a better show to work with.
lol how was what I said rude, did you see the way they treated that guy? NOW, that was rude. They treated him like a joke while he earnestly tried to demonstrate the product.
Flowbees are great but fail at closer precision cuts. They are great for those who cannot master or are scared of the $25 wahl clippers as used by most barbers. I use my friends flowbee in a pinch and it is faster and less messy... then have to finish later with my clippers with proper combs.
You are clearly taking this and the Flowbee thingy way too serious. XD Of course they are smart and well educated journalists. But they is just meant to provide some fun, not to be an infomerical promoting a product. Relax.

Agree. Never saw this show, anyways. Is it even on? Who is that woman? Never heard of her, either.

They had to make fun of the Flowbee because they could afford easily a $100+ haircut.

I've been using my Flowbee for about 15 years. I love it but my blades are getting dull. Looks like I'm going to try the resharpening kit.
My first time someone tested on my hair was in 1990 and I've been used it for the last 17 years when I my hair dresser moved out of town.
I'm sure the flowbee beats some of the shitty haircuts I have gotten over the years.
Just think about the money saved on hair cuts over ten years , ;)

You need to watch your mouth. That was just rude.

That is Anderson's regular bazaar behavior, nothing abnormal here...
Haha... right?! He cracks me up!
they laugh because they're rich.
Anderson uses it on his nether region
