This will never work. You just destroyed the bottle's integrity and the tape will not hold up to the way the porter gorillas toss "luggage" around. These will explode the minute they get tossed around. A better method is you use hot water to remove the cap and seal then fill the bottle and replace the cap and seal and it's again tamper-proof.
