The KEXP Version of this song. Hands down, absolute favourite song ever by far. Thought ATW was gonna stick around for a few months and then just absorb into my endless playlist. But here they are, as my main daily music for a year straight. Pink Floyd, Cream, Hendrix,, ATW is on the same level. In my eyes,, namba 1. Love u long time Ben :D.

What a treat of a weekend (after an absolute shit week at work). The YT algorithm pulls up a song called Diamond from a band I've never a heard of and I'm blown away and listen to them all on a boozy Saturday.
Decide to seen if there are any tutorials for ATW song and bloody hell, it's the guitarist from the band!

The version of this song on the KEXP radio show is my favorite
I've been searching for tabs or tutorials for this song after watching the KEXP live version. It was absolutely mesmerising to watch.
Then I stumbled upon this video, just when I almost lost all hope of finding something, and it made most happy to see there is a tutorial. It must have been at least a minute of watching for me to realize that you're actually THE guitarist from All them witches. (At first I though it was funny that you look so alike lol, even with the Les Paul)
I learned your name merely five minutes ago but I've been listening to your music a lot past two years and I absolutely adore the way you play. It speaks to me on a different level. Right now I'm listening to Our mother electricity album over and over again because it was the first album I found from your band and it will probably always my favourite too because of it. The solos there are insanely good, I could listen to them for hours. Blood Elk Heart, Bloodhounds and The Urn solos are especially amazing
I play guitar only four years so far but to me, you're like an epitome of what it means to be a real artist, to play so gracefully and create such wonderful melodies...
I don't know if you'll ever read this but in case you would, I wanted you to know that I look up to you and I'm so glad you were born.

love this band been my life since 2013 if i end up dead or homeless before the album comes out i wish you guys the best and rock on keep music alive i know im heading for the bottom. saw you guys in columbus in 2017 and the amp or some shit caught fire mid song and you just kept on going it was a bad ass show talked to Parks in the parking lot lel miss those days.

Yo thank you, Ben! Blood and Sand is one of my favorites and this tutorial is super helpful. Would you ever consider a video on basic slide techniques/tips tricks/melodies related to ATW music? I feel like slide is a bit of a dying art and many slide vids I see are a little lack luster. Keep up that amazing music and killer videos!

I'm a drummer, but I've always loved to play a guitar and bass, right now I don't own a drum (just a bongo) and I've bought new strings a few days ago as a birthday present to myself, haha, so this will be definitely a time killer and I'll enjoy learning to play it from the 1st hand tutorial!!! I've been trying to think of why I like that intro progression so much...reminds me of Ghost's cover of Here Comes the Sun. Awesome song and love the Peavey. My first amp was a Bandit 112 and I hated it. Prob just didn't know what I was doing :)
