Great video mate. Quick question should I'm im350 prime on switch. Fan starts when you de press but not on switch.. May have a faulty switch as my 2nd fix will prime when trigger pulled and nail gun not depressed this would help me loads and loads mate thanks
Not having best o luck with mending gun myself Dave!!got it all working after renewing parts now the chamber seems to be hitting metal o rings when it pushes into gun they are new replacement ones any ideas!!!

Hi Efrain first thanks for watching, unfortunately as I'm not a repair centre I can only do repairs when my tools break or some one sends me one to repair, but I will keep it in mind
That was very helpful, my black roller insert at the gas clip has split along it's length, thus the steel pin is sticking. Can I super glue the two halves together (keeping the bore clear)

@@dmgladden Hi David, Under the gas inlet cover flap, is a steel spindle, within a black plastic sheath, that sheath has broken along its length into two elongated halves.
Will it be ok, to super glue the sheath together and re-insert the spindle.

Do u ever use pasload oil after using the cleaner or is there no need for it . Good video by the way.
No mention of checking the wear on the combustion chamber cover where the spark switch lever rubs, had to replace 3 in recent weeks where the gun is intermittent.
Hello Steve. Is that the little black rubber button that gets pressed down by the little roller as the gun is de-pressed? Or is that something else?

Gave it a really good thorough clean.
Tried to use the gun today on site but still very intermittent when firing. So much so that I went back to hammer nails. I’d say one nail in every 5-10 depressions. Is there anything else I can try to solve the problem?? Many thanks
that to me sounds like just swap the battery and the gas its going to be one of them thats all i know many times i change my gas and its still half full but this the problem, give it a go and see your nowt out if im wrong

Hi Neil, no sorry but if your sure it's that just buy a new one it's worth the risk to save the gun

@@davidelder3370 hi David I did a full strip down video on this gun that should help you fit that spring, i know it was not easy so I did make a point of covering this in some detail, please let me know if it helps
