Deano , love all your videos mate, I appreciate a service agent like yourself giving up your trade secrets on various tools. I’ve owned and still own a few Paslodes IM 90 Frame master , the coil master you don’t have in Europe and the new 2nd fix angled trim master also that you don’t have in Europe. We here in Australia we have been fortunate by Paslode releasing guns that other markets don’t have at the moment including the new PPN nailer that us aussies and Americans have. Paslode are also releasing a new straight 2nd fix soon 🤫
Ps; from your Paslode videos I decided to look and found a old model solid state IM 325 framer that came in black and released in 96’ and pull it apart and keep as a reminder of my early days in the 90s on the tools as they say. Keep up the great work mate.

Upon closer inspection I realized the drive tip had broken off. I found a generic replacement on eBay for $38. I successfully replaced it and it is up and running. Thanks for the help.

Whenever I watch your videos and how quickly you dismantle and reassemble the tools. I always think of forest gump. When he quickly dismantles and assembles the army rifle. And drill Sargent goes.. God dammit Gump! Why did you do that so fast??.. Because you told me drill Sargent!! You must be some kind of genius Gump! 🤣

Need help! The gun works before I took it apart to clean it (bought it used & very dirty). When I put it back, it does not shoot the nail but the fan is on. I took it apart again to clean the reed valve & inside under the 2 screws cover which is not dirty (per pasload tech advice). Now the fan does not turn on & it still won't shoot. Any suggestions? I know I put it back correctly.

Hi Dean I am wondering if you can help my. My guns just over a year old and stopped working today. Fresh battery fresh gas and won't fire. Putting it down to no spark. Also the nails were using aren't going home all the way. Would this be the cheaper gas that's causing the problem I am having?

I’ve got one of these, had it about 8 months, not used it a lot probably only 4,000 nails used, but the last few days it’s been misfiring now and again on 90mm paslode nails, and then it won’t fire the 50mm ring shank nails anymore just completely misfires, any suggestions before I service it?

I have a passlode 18g finish nailer. It no longer sinks the nails below the wood surface. It leaves even the shortest nails just proud of flush with depth gauge at lowest setting. I opened up the motor housing and exposed piston chamber. Cleaned it out with carburetor cleaner. Oiled chamber. I didn’t disassemble the entire chamber assembly. There was a little build up but not horrible. After this fairly thorough cleaning there was no difference. I can see no physical issues. I gather that there has been a loss off compression force. Am
I on the right track? Any suggestions as to what I might try to resolve this issue. I am willing to take this completely apart if I know what I am looking for.
    Thank you…..

Try backing it off just a little bit from the very lowest setting, I don't know why this works but works for me sometimes.

Hello, I need help! I took it apart to clean it because it was so dirty (than this one in the video. I just bought it used). When I put it back, the tip of the gun won't move up & down when I press it. What did I do wrong? Can anyone help?
