A lawyer would be the best person to speak to about that. This would fall outside our role as a real estate agents so wouldn’t be something we’d be dealing with
I’m 18 and just finished grade 12 less then a year ago but I don’t have my diploma am I eligible to get my real estate license, please get back to me if would mean alot
Hi Bilal. Apart from all these, you also need to have a Canadian High School Diploma to be eligible for the Courses. Have a look at these Eligibility Criteria for more information. 12:24 I appreciate your videos, but the question at 12:24 is very poorly written. As a result, both answer A or D should be considered correct, in my opinion. The first sentence in the question talks only about a property "PURCHASE". The opening of the second sentence is structured as a direct continuation of the first sentence - i.e., it (wrongly, though unintentionally) implies that "the property" being referred to is the "purchase" mentioned in the first sentence. Unfortunately, the Writer has done a terrible job introducing the abrupt shift in focus from Sam and Melissa purchasing a property, to the selling of Melissa's pre-marital property. Furthermore, the question (and available answers) lacks sufficient detail to ascertain whether or not Sam actually has Dower rights to Melissa's pre-marital property, since it does not state anywhere that either of them has lived in the home DURING their marriage to each other.
Your method of teaching and explaining the concept is really good. Looking forward to learning more from you.

How does this apply with a pre-nup?

Hi can you please tell me how much yearly cost to hold the mortgage broker agent license. (Ex. Renewal fees etc)
Would you have any suggestions for real estate Saskatchewan exams
Hi Tulika, we only cater to Alberta Real Estate. So I cannot comment much for the Saskatchewan Real Estate Exams. Sorry for that.
