I could hear you in my head during the test. “Lien money lien money lien money” I had a few questions on encumbrances vs liens and I remembered u saying that all liens are encumbrances but not all encumbrances are liens I had so many questions about freehold estates and less than freehold estates I’m so glad I watched your videos on repeat for weeks . Some of the vocab videos I watched the same ones 3-5 times I’ve been waiting to make this post to you for weeks. I literally cried when I passed Thank you again Joe!!!
armelle Togbe sup Armelle, What i did was: From about February to June I read about 80% of the real estate practices and principles books For about the last month I’ve been binging Joe’s prep agent videos , the webinars, vocab is so important. I watched all joes videos to the point where when he’d have a student on and they said something incorrect I could point out what they said was wrong before joe did in the webinar I can’t stress how important the vocab is I had a ton of questions about freehold estates and non freehold estates, several questions about calculating commissions , several on property tax due dates and delinquent dates Several on economic ob. Lots on unethical vs unlawful And some stuff I swear I’ve never heard of. I had about 7-10 Q’s I genuinely didn’t know what they were asking and I didn’t recognize any of the 4 options Cram as many prep videos as u can. Listen to them while you drive. I probably watched 5-7 hours a day of videos. Good luck !

Thank you sooo much Joe! The Prep Agent videos and seminars are AWESOME!!! Everything you prepare us for was in the exam, including the vocabulary words. You are super helpful and You make the videos and webinars so memorable! I was listening to one of your webinars on my way to take the exam. I did everything you instructed including the 5 words every morning. I got plenty of rest the night before and dressed comfortably. I ate a nice salad with spinach, carrots, tomatoes, and sliced chicken plus a lentil, kale, and coconut soup. I snacked on melon and cantaloupe on my almost 2 hour drive from Toluca Lake to La Palma. The acronyms you teach are the best! The one thing I was not prepared for was how wordy the questions and answers were. Soooo many unnecessary words to confuse and force the examinee to read everything. What a waste of time. But I kept my cool. So please mention this to other members. It is important to have a clear understanding of the listing process, appraisal process, lending process, mortgages, practices and principles and legalese. There were no math problems that required me to use the calculator that had been provided. The first 3 questions were completely random having nothing to do with anything I had read or heard or abput real estate. ..it threw me off and I started to panic. I even checked to make sure I was taking the correct exam... but then after those questions I began to see the light. I looked at the time and paced myself. I had 3 hour and 150 questions, so 50 questions per hour. Completely doable.👌 A question that threw me off was: "How many feet are in a mile." I had no idea but remembered my GPS informing me when I was 1,000 feet from an exit. I calculated and thankfully had it right! There were a few questions about the transfer disclosure statement. I completed the exam with 2 minutes left. I scrolled back to look at some questions I had noted and ended up changing one of the answers and then system shut me out.. The attendant handed me a stapled paper with the results and instructed me to not open it up to read results until after I was outside the building. I PASSED!!!!! Yessss!!!!! Thanks again! 😊👌

I just passed my exam here in Florida this morning! Thanks to your videos and my instructor. To everyone out there getting ready to take their exam, make sure you study your terms. Learning the terms is the key to passing. Take your time when you take your exam because they really do try to trick you.
@@DeAriajohns123 yes! I watched some videos over and over. I did practice questions that my instructor provided me when I did my real estate schooling. I studied for almost 3 weeks. I did my schooling in person which was 1 and a half. I scheduled my test and studied for one week and passed on my first try.
@@dzire4u161 hey 😊 yes!! Make sure you take your time reading the questions and answer! If you have to, re read it a couple times but don’t get stuck on it either. If your unsure about a questions then come back to it later. Also, study your terminology!! It definitely plays a huge part in your state exam.

Joe, I passed my national portion of the exam on 10/2 and missed the Texas state exam by 3 questions! But that’s ok I am super happy and grateful for all the motivation and all the help prep agent has provided!! Thank you!! 🙂❤️
Just passed my national yesterday on my 3rd attempt! Although I did not go through the Prep Agent course. I watched a ton of the videos on the channel and made a lot of note cards lol! So thank you Joe, and to those people struggling don’t get discouraged!

I have to say: I took the test today, and I really feel good about it. Joe a lot of the things you said repeatedly, were with me on the test, I actually heard your voice .. Don't second guess yourself, the first response is usually the correct one. I also did the 3 columns.. There were questions I have never heard of, like something with electrical leaching from a transformer into the ground, what are they called: a. CFCs b. PCBs c. EMFs d. a word starts with an R I think... Over all, all your Q&A videos that I watched over and over till I remembered all the material, it was a tremendous help. The vocabulary by all means IMPORTANT! We'll see if I passed. for now ill ride the good feeling.:) Thanks Joe
okay, a couple days later I saw that I passed the test, Hurray Hurray. If I can tell anyone out there that reads the comments, this is were knowledge and confidence came from, prep agent is really, really, really good, all the jokes and songs and little things that joe tells and says while teaching is what allowed me to remember a lot of the material. Do it, Prep Agent two thumbs up
I have taken this test plenty of times and a third of the information I study, it's different from how they are wording it on the test. I'm not giving up but it's confusing. I'm determined but OMG, on the test, it's very different. It's not simple questions. However, I appreciate what we're all learning from JOE and his TEAM.

Prep Agent , I JUST started Century 21 online class 10/4/21 I have been listening to you as of 10/1, and you are SUCH A MOTIVATOR, suggestion which videos I should start 1St.
The microphone, and overall sound quality is much better, Joe. You literally raised yourself voice multiple times w/ no distortions. The echo has been reduced doing this.

I’m a little confused on the part where you said there’s no exceptions to the -OR & -EE rule. In one of your prep agent videos you said that Mortgag-OR is actually the borrower instead of giver and and Trust-OR is the also the receiver instead of the giver. So I thought those two: Morgtage and Trust were the 2 exceptions. Can someone explain?

Hey! I was wondering is you had any videos discussing further in to the different types of business formations such as LLP, LLC, Corporation for profit, not-for-profit corporation and etc.. including the relationships behind them, the differences and licenses required?
I agree with one of the other commenters. All of the off topic rambling in between terms is really distracting. I am a paid member of PrepAgent and these videos are helpful, but I find myself having to try to fast forward thru the rambling and off topic chatter in between terms. I appreciate Joe's personality and spunky attitude, but it would be so much better if there were less rambling and down time.

What i did was:

I agree with one of the other commenters. All of the off topic rambling in between terms is really distracting. I am a paid member of PrepAgent and these videos are helpful, but I find myself having to try to fast forward thru the rambling and off topic chatter in between terms. I appreciate Joe's personality and spunky attitude, but it would be so much better if there were less rambling and down time.
