I lost a love for heavy weights and high intensity workouts recently due to the pandemic, which is why finding your videos have been a lifesaver. Never done Pilates in my life until I found your channel, and now I don’t think I’ll want to do any other workouts ever again. The slow burn and your soothing voice explaining everything calmly makes me focus on every movement, and it helps me focus on really using every muscle, something I always feel like I didn’t quite hit when I’m doing all those HIITs (how ironic) and weight exercises . Thank you, for all that you do.

On an impulse, I wanted to try this session, mistakenly believing that it would be out of my reach, but I did the right thing, because I was won over! I love this yoga pilates mix with, I guess, the inspiration of classical dance and the progressiveness makes the exercise affordable and enjoyable at the same time. I also want to add that my neck is not hurting as much anymore with exercises since I have learned how to hold my neck properly thanks to you. This is a great thing! There is so much throwing heads back in ab exercises in other people's videos, where as now I have stopped doing that and have learned to hold my neck still and use my core more rather than straining my neck. Anyway, thank you for that neck pain video and the reminders of what to do in other videos!

It’s common to grip your hip flexors during ab exercises….the stronger your core gets the less you’ll naturally feel the need to do that. In the meantime really try to relax your hips & thighs as much as possible - you have to be mindful of it. You can also play around with different leg positions (straight/bent) and see if either make a difference. 😉😉😉

great workout for me. I have bad arthritis in my wrists so could do most of this, just modifying the end plank series. Any special workouts for people with arthritic wrists would be appreciated!

It’s common to grip your hip flexors during ab exercises….the stronger your core gets the less you’ll naturally feel the need to do that. In the meantime really try to relax your hips & thighs as much as possible - you have to be mindful of it. You can also play around with different leg positions (straight/bent) and see if either make a difference. 😉😉😉

great workout for me. I have bad arthritis in my wrists so could do most of this, just modifying the end plank series. Any special workouts for people with arthritic wrists would be appreciated!
