This song reminds me of my teenage years in my hometown Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. They played this song like crazy in radio stations, clubs, etc. It also reminds me of a brother and sister that played The Pet Shop Boys religiously and many teenagers used to hang out at their house..glory days! Long live the 80's.
One of the best song's they ever made. Never got the credit it deserved. Another classic from an iconic singer/synth duo that brings back such happy memories of the 80's with leather trousers disco's watered down lager and just happy time's. I'm 59 and would have these day's back in a heartbeat.

Per lo più teenagers.Si caratterizzavano per uno specifico dress code che si ispirava allo stile yankee/boscaiolo (per farla semplice). Gli outfit erano particolarmente costosi e quindi si inquadravano nella classe medio/alta della società. Avevano un linguaggio tutto loro e si radunavano nei pressi delle paninoteche o primi fast food dell'epoca(da qui il termine paninaro... Leggenda vuole che,i padri fondatori fossero un gruppo di ragazzi che avevano come base il bar "Il Panino" a Milano).Erano considerati una sorta di movimento edonista erroneamente inquadrato nella politica di destra, anche se effettivamente erano contro i movimenti giovanili della sinistra. Il fenomeno prese poi piede nel resto dell'Italia con a volte denominazioni diverse... Tipo a Roma si facevano chiamare "tozzi". There is something that few people notice: the fact that the PSB sound is often based on high quality basslines. Chris is really a bass master! Along with their melodic talent, and Neil's lyrics (on most other tracks), it gives us an incredible pop band. This video is the only one, I think, that they directed. They should do more! Furthermore it always reminds me of my trip to the beautiful city of Milan. Wonderful.

There is something that few people notice: the fact that the PSB sound is often based on high quality basslines. Chris is really a bass master! Along with their melodic talent, and Neil's lyrics (on most other tracks), it gives us an incredible pop band.
This video is the only one, I think, that they directed. They should do more!
Furthermore it always reminds me of my trip to the beautiful city of Milan. Wonderful.

It was shot on video and the effects were done at that video level. No way you can upscale or remaster it into something better.

Amazing, forgot about this song for a bit. Loved this one so much, whether to drive to or dance, it was always an amazing track to have fun to. What a timeless and incredible 80s sound and still enjoy it so much.

In realtà i PSP hanno commesso un errore...oltre a Versace e Armani citano anche un altro marchio che credo andava all'epoca ovvero "Cinque" ma che non ebbe molto successo...comunque è un pezzone epocale!
