The Japanese work ethic, loyalty to their craft and humble unrivalled dedication on show. Just superb mastery, vision and leadership from chef and support from a well drilled and talented team. Arigato goizamase. 🙏🏽
i someday would like to visit him, especially how much work and even days it takes to prepare for his craft. Plus, he has such a friendly personality, and the caring of his team along side perfection he must put in display. Itll be definitley worth the price
I thought salmon wasn't a fish served in omakases. At least in Brazil, the sushi chef says that salmon is not a fish to be served in a restaurant but to be consumed at home.
