My two cents: I've never owned a Mu-Tron Bi-Phase, so I can't really say if Behringer's take on that (now crazily expensive) modulation pedal comes close. But I guess there might be some room in an electronic musician's studio for a decent-sounding phaser.
Behringer's Dual Phase offers two independent six-stage phaser sections that can be used in stereo with two independent channels or mono in different combinations. Two LFOs with Sine and Pulse bring some modulation to the table, and the feedback helps to attenuate certain frequencies.
The potentiometers feel okay, the dip switches a bit cheap, and the pedal switches are as you would expect. On the rear, you can also find a CV input, which is nice when combining the Dual-Phase with other analog synths or modular systems.
Verdict: The sound is great for electronic music, but I have to say that I got bored by it quite quickly. I certainly have a thing for phasers, especially in the context of dub techno chords or pads. But there have been numerous moments when I was craving more modulation depth, more stereo spread, more of everything. So at least for me, it's certainly not a keeper, but I am sure it will find its fans.

I have one of these and find it exceptionally good, I feed an external lfo to the sweep to get a much slower phase than the pedal itself can provide. I’d say it’s a definite keeper for me.
