I really cannot see people that grew up around the internet as being potential victims when they reach retirement age. Then again never underestimate a scammers ability to adapt to the evolving technologies. For example I remember back in the 70's that it was the office fax machine that was the scammers primary tool for targeting victims, which evolved to email and then to social media.

Right. Not a relationship. It's a scam.
They're paying for an escort experience. Someone who will tell them everything they want to hear for a fee. These things are quite legal in Japan and they're called Host or Hostess clubs. A place where elderly/ageing people go to have romantic "relationships" with a young man or woman. They pay for this person's time who will tell them everything they want to hear. Occasionally if the customer pays well, it will move to a sexual relationship too. The host/hostess is just saying what needs said so the client buys a $30,000 bottle of champagne, that's their goal.
It's basically the same as an online romance scam except the "victim" believes they're talking to someone when it's actually a Nigerian man.

All it took was for one of the victims who sent the money to her, thinking they were sending to their online boyfriend's nanny, to report this to her bank and the FBI. And how can someone be her age and not know that a doctor cannot speak to anyone who is not an immediate relative about a patient. And she didn't think it would be on TMZ or other entertainment/gossip sites if he were hit by a car? And she's in the US. If he were in Delaware, why didn't she go there? If my boyfriend was in an accident, I'd hop on the next plane to be by his side at the hospital
Do you believe these people are real at this point? Because Im starting to wonder if they’re paid actors. Surely nobody is this thick? My god! 😂🤦♀️
I have lived in Delaware for 50 years. Barry Gibb has never been here...ever.
are y'all 70 years old thou
@londonvlogger72 but they are. And they exist lol
Yep - if I were her, I’d still be very afraid - it can a long time to indict someone for money laundering, especially if it’s a federal case (which hers would be). IF this is real, that is.
I have to commend the staff on the amount of grace you gave this woman
But they should ratel the cage a little so as to knock some sense into them. This is the only way this people will under stand don’t treat them like victims because they think they are doing it for love 😮
I agree. They always treat the victims with dignity and kindness.
Yeah for real - they are always understanding and kind with these deluded, sad and sometimes combative souls.... I certainly would not have the patience they have...
@@TheCrusher72 I know for sure I would not have the patience
This channel is basically entertainment combined with an ad for a service (which actually does stuff that other sites do do for free). Their patience is just part of the formula.
This Woman deserved everything that happened to her. To believe Barry Gibb wanted a life with her when she clearly searched he is married and has a beautiful family is ridiculous!
His family is not beautiful.
Maybe Barry likes paper crafts too!
Lol @one_more_chance4694
Nobody deserves it. You don't know her history.
That's really unfair
He wasnt well , passed out and ended up in hospital . It was a Saturday night fever 😂
