He brought on a recession with his "trickle down economy" which was called Reaganomics where he took from the poor and gave to the rich, like a reverse Robin Hood. There was high unemployment, reduced funding for Social Security, Medicaid, Food Stamps and federal education. He put our into a deeper debt and brought on income inequality. He busted up many unions, which made him a bit of a hypocrite considering he was the President of the Screen Actors Guild when he was an actor himself. He was a more polite, intelligent sounding and charming version of Donald Trump.
